5 starsThe quality of the product, the attention to details by the installers. The project leader's suggestions, explanations as well as total consideration of the vision my husband and I had laid out for the actual drainage was impeccable. Every one was polite, professional and personable. Leaf Filter is the only Gutter company I will recommend 100%.

4 starsThe process was quick and efficient. Sales *** was pleasant and not pushy. The installation happened quickly with no mess or issues. So far I am pleased with the work. I do wonder though about the pricing. I was asked what I expected to pay. Since he matched the price I named, I am wondering if I had chosen a lower price if that would have been matched (?) 3 starsI had Leaf Filter come out for the second time to replace another set of gutters on the front of my house. The first time they did the sides and they did a wonderful job this time unfortunately, I cant say the same items were broke. They disrespected my American flag by putting it on the ground, I dont hold this completely against Leaf Filter as a whole, but I was unhappy with the unprofessional service I received from the installers Not sure if I will reuse this company or not yet still need more work done but after this display of being unprofessional, Im not sure they will be the company I useLeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsOur *** was supposed to give me an additional 10% off for signing up to do the work that day and we never got it. Tried calling Leaffilter several times over a period of a month ***eatedly being told someone would call back. Sadly no one ever called me back to help me with the issue. I live on a limited income and we squeezed this into our budget. I'm partially at fault for no reviewing the contract before signing. Our sales *** was good but didn't stand up to his word. 1 starI really liked the product initially, However, as time went on, I began having a problem . Approximately a year ago, I had to call the local franchise and report that the gutter on the rear of my home was falling off the *****. They sent a employee out and he appeared to fix the problem.After that, I called them out about an area where the leaves and water were gather at a point in the roof and I would surely cause a problem. The roof was replaced immediately before Leaf Guard installed their gutter system. The office told me that that they would not come out and fix it because that was not their problem. I had to pay a subcontractor $600 to come out, remove a metal piece that was not allowing the water to drain properly. Today, I noticed that the gutter, affixed to the ***** was pulling away again and they will not fix it. Their product is supposed to be warranted for a lifetime but they are backing away from any responsibility for future issues. I would not recommend a product or company that will not stand by their product/s.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsThe whole process from beginning to end was really easy with LeafFilter. Everything was explained and questions were answered fully when a representative came to the house. The team that came in to install the gutters were very professional and friendly. We have only had the gutters for two weeks but they have already made such a great difference for our home. The deck is dry, we are not getting soaked walking in and out of the house when it is raining, and LeafFilter was able to direct the rain water away from the house, so no more puddles in front of our door. 4 starsMarketing/sales was exceptional. Crew arrived as scheduled by did not complete same day as expected due to not having enough supplies to finish ?!! Not sure how that happens when quote has measurements. The crew also did not clean up leaving gutter debris on the driveway and roof. Material left on the roof is now lying on the leaf guards. The crew also installed a larger downspout pipe to the ground but didnt connect it to the in ground pipe. Sloppy little details add up.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsVery unprofessional sales tactics. Starting at a ridiculous amount and then coming up with discounts that could have been done away with by starting at a reasonable sales price in the first place.I hope that the product proves to be as valuable as the company ads contend.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
