      I was impressed the quality product LeafFilter uses. I was not given a tool to attach to a broom handle, like my ***** did (I learned after the fact), so that was disappointing. Also, the sales man gave me a number of $6,000 to start and we ended at $1480. I feel a company should not be out to make that much on customers who will not work them down. Overall, the gutter protection and install was great. I would recommend this product and the install crew I had was great.

      It's a great product, but a little overpriced. Over $40/ft & that's after a $250 discount. We only did 60 feet of gutter protection & spent over $2500. I can't imagine if we actually wanted to do gutter protection around an entire home! With that being said I'm glad I don't have to worry about getting up on the roof to clean out gutters twice each year!

      The price was affordable and reasonable. The salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We liked that the price was good for a year, although we decided to go ahead with the project immediately. The work was scheduled quickly. The installer worked steadily. The results are very good.

      The installation was on our time frame due to travel. The installation took 2 days, not one as sales person said it would take. clean up of large debri was done but we picked up 50+ nails and screws from the driveway/garage area. It was over a few days walking around the area after finding the first bunch. The workers did nothing to look for them. We could have had flat tires or someone could have stepped on them. That is just garage area. We didnt look in mulch around the house. There were a few on the deck in the back yard. We have not had adrop of rain since the leaf filter gutters were installed so we don't know how they work yet.

      Unfortunately I can only give 1 star. I'd give less if I could. I had Leaf Filter installed about 2 years ago. On September 5, 2024 I experienced a tree strike that damaged a section of the gutter. I have since had all repairs made and I also contacted Leaf Filter North for an estimate for the repair of the damaged components. I received an email estimate without the estimator overseeing the damage and now have been trying to get a response for the work to be done. I have called ***** ***** a number of times and have also sent emails to request a scheduling appointment for the repairs. No response has been forth coming. Unfortunately, I have to believe that once the system is installed, the company could care less about any customer satisfaction or response. My advice is simple: beware of all the nice comments you will get as a potential customer because when you need additional service, you won't get an answer. UPDATE: October 9 2024 I posted a review on TrustPilot and shortly I finally received a call from LeafFilter North. I was given the usual song and dance and was told that an installer would be at my home on Monday, October 7. The installer did arrive late in the day . The comedy continued when he asked me where the replacement filter stock was? I did't have any filter stock. However, the office individual who dispatched them here told him 3 times that I had the filters. AND the new gutter replacement is a 5 so the installer didnt have any filter stock to put on in any case. The installer called his boss with the news and the only thing said by the individual on the phone was he had to speak to his boss. After 20 years in the *******, I know ***** passing" when I hear it. I was told after the call on Monday that someone would reach out to me "tomorrow"(Tuesday Oct 8) and set up the appointment. I did not hear anything on Wednesday, October 9 and as of today, October 15, I have still not heard anything from LeafFilter North.

      *************************************** and Messy Installation After a very heavy-handed sales call (they wont give ballpark estimates over the phoneit has to be in person), I had Leaf Filter installed two days later. I am very dissatisfied with the experience. After the work was done, I was left with a significant mess, including shingle granules on my outdoor furniture, patios, and even in the grass. This was far beyond what I expected from a professional service.I was told to stop my payment due to issues with the installer and was offered a clean-up and inspection. However, when someone arrived, they were unaware of the clean-up request and did nothing to address the mess. The miscommunication and lack of follow-up have left me questioning whether the product was installed correctly.When I tried to escalate the issue, I was told no one else could assist me. I now regret choosing Leaf Filter. I see that someone from Leaf Filter sees these reviews, so I hope that my issues are resolved soon.

      Although I was promised a top notch installation crew, the crew I got did not speak English and did not care about damaging my property or making mistakes. They zipped through my job like horses heading for the food barn. And
