5 starsThis is the second house we have had LeafFilter installed. We did not experience any sales pressure at all, if anything we pressed for a very quick install date. Price was acceptable. The vatue of knowing no more ladders toclimb and if there ever is a problem it's just a phone call away to remedy it. We never had any issues on the first home's product and am expecting the very same on this home.

1 starLeaf filter uses bait and switch and then uses cheap Mexican labor as subcontractors even though they booked the job advertising only trained workers regularly employed by leaf Filter and NEVER using subcontractors that were not English-speaking.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

3 starsDid not like the technicians working well after dark to finish the project. Watched as they replace the fascia on the cable end. I ask them and also the salesman agreed to put extra nails. I have issues with the fascia coming loose in the past. Lastly did not receive and warranty papers even after I called the company.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

Company did not respond to my concern about the appearance of sufficient {extra nails) while replacing fascia on the ***** end of my house. This portion of the job was done during the night hours, and they had trouble reaching the entire length. They did not have the right equipment to reach the heights which would have allowed them to add the right number of nails to satisfy me. I don't think the fascia will hold over time AND NEEDS MORE NAILS.Review fromMichelle C

3 starsI like the product but it is pricy. What I found to be lacking is that there is a problem with the width of a 20 foot gutter (not wide enough) and the salesman didn't catch it but the installer did. My bill was already pricy so I was not going back for seconds.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

I appreciate you looking into it. My installation was very pricy in as much as the gutters were not replaced. But when there was a flaw in the current gutter system I don't understand why that wasn't fixed or least quoted. I honestly feel like I got had since I would have to go back to Leaf Filter to fix the problem or live with a flaw that is only going to cause problems. Interaction with your salesman and the installer was very professional but in retrospect I feel like I dealt with a CAR salesman.Review fromC. J.

5 starsThis is the second home in which we have installed the Leaf Filter System. It has always worked very well. I have a high roof and have no desire to climb on it to clean gutters. In addition, my house is surrounded by trees. The system works perfectly, and I have not been disappointed. The salesperson was very nice and professional. He did not pressure us in any way and gave us different options of installation and payment. The system was installed very quickly by a very friendly and professional group. Our house was just completed so the gutters were brand new. The installers found two parts of the gutter system that were installed incorrectly and fixed them. Once the job was finished, the installers went around the entire house and picked up any screws or materials that had fallen on the ground. I could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starIncredibly disappointed with the lack of professionalism regarding the installation and followup.Installer had to cancel original installation date due to a lack of babysitter after I had already scheduled the day off. Installer showed up a week later at 12:30pm when scheduled to arrive at 8am, after I again had taken the day off from work. He arrived alone in his own SUV without the proper ladder, caulking gun, and measuring equipment. The ladder he brought rested against my siding and gutters, which as promised by the salesman would rest on the roof. I still have a 12 ft section incomplete because the ladder wasn't' tall enough. He told me someone else would contact me to finish the job, I've heard nothing over a month later now. The installer had to replace the gutter hangers because they weren't compatible with the Leaf Filter system and now my gutters are backed up, overflowing, and leaking where the 50 year silicon was supposed to be placed. I also had to borrow my speed square to the installer, of which he took with him. I've now received my bill in full without a complete job and my gutters are in worse shape than before Leaf Filter was "installed" and winter is soon approaching and I fear the water backed up in my gutters will result in ice dam/water damage. I find it very hard to believe that there was almost $5,400 in material and labor involved in this transaction.I'm not one that typically leaves this type of review, but this has been an absolutely ridiculous experience for me.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
