      Amazing service! Chase was extremely communicative and helpful. My younger sibling's Samsung bricked, and of course contained many important personal documents as well as photos of our recently passed mother which had not been backed up (lesson learned). SalvageData was recommended to us after a local phone repair place couldn't fix the issue and has been amazing every step of the way. The prices seem a little steep at first, but given the level of detail and expertise required to retrieve the data I completely understand—not to mention, there's not a monetary value that can be assigned to some of that information. Absolutely worth every penny!

      Joseph communicated well, we were looking for specific data, so he made sure that the correct engineer was on it, to extract the data from the drives. Also Salvage Data got us our data back less then the days agreed on. Overall great service.

      Lost access to an SD card with photos of family event. Researched reviews and recommendations to find Salvagedata. They were provided great customer and technical service on what to expect. Sent my card and soon had response that my data could be recovered. They offered tiered pricing based on my particular need. In short order I had a file list of recovered data and then obtained my data. My situation was personal photos. Not irreplaceable work. None the less I am very grateful and appreciative of their work. I highly recommend there services and would not hesitate to use them again.
