      They are basically a rip off service. They said they could recover my data for over $900 and it would take 4-6 weeks to recover less than 30 photos from an SD card. When I told that quote was ridiculous, they charged me $40 to send my SD card back, as they only offer FedEx next day or 2 day delivery.
      If they had been upfront of the outrageous cost, I never would have tried to do business with them. I’d recommend finding a local computer store to provide this service and avoid Salvage Data Recovery at all costs.

      Dustin was friendly and calm. Both characteristics i appreciated after my flash drive failed to open and kept crashing every Mac I plugged it into. He was clear with his instructions and what to expect from the process. The entire process took about 10-12 days. Well worth the wait and the investment, as I had gathered all the data on the drive over 5 years of teaching and research. I'm very grateful and learned the importance of backing up regularly with not 1 but to extra copies of my data. Thank you, again, and will not hesitate to recommend their services.

      Great service and they will not disappoint you. They said they were confident they could recover the files and they delivered. My phone suddenly turned off and never turned back on. They were able to recover everything. Micah was the agent and he walked me through the entire process, step by step. Salvage Data Recovery has a great customer service!

      Wesley B. was tenacious in recovering my data. Although the job could have been considered small and recovery tedious he worked with his technical staff to find the solution and recover the data for me. When the drives were found to be corrupt the team never discussed an option other than solving my issues. Great company and great customer service! Wesley did a great job! Would recommend highly!
