      Wesley and his Team did an outstanding job. They were able to access a phone that was locked out with no way for me to get into it. Awesome job and in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend them.

      They did not recover & repair the right videos for me!! I was specific with the case manager (Micah Hallman) which videos I wanted repaired & the dates of the videos, they (the team) did not repair the right videos & did not even at least tell me if it was impossible!! They did not at least, if it was not possible to repair those damaged/corrupted videos, put them in a “!Problem” folder ad they mentioned in my the e-mail of “Dara recovery successful!”. No communication about that at all & no update about those video’s status! They did not repair the right videos, even though I told them. And the only reason, by the way, I’m giving them 2 & not 1, is because they give me a 50% discount. However, that doesn’t trump the fact they made a mistake & that it’s not my fault for what happened. They gave me the discount before I was able to even see (watch) the videos!! It was not possible to preview them. Wow SalvageData, wow. You guys have really disappointed me, & screwed up. Even if you tried your best to recover, I appreciate the hard work & discount, but. I’m sorry. I would’ve paid for the labor, but you not refunding me at all for the service & quite though?? Wow. Not cool, at all

      Dominic was a huge help! He kept me informed the entire time and went above and beyond! The process was extremely easy even to a non technical person like me. My only regret is that I didn’t find Dominick and SalvageData sooner.

      Chris was helpful and responsive to my requirements. The repair service was extremely long and took a great deal of time over the original estimate for the repair completion date.

      Chris, provided direction and explained each step during the DATA recovery process.
      He communicated well and responded to all of our meeting request along with their engineers.
      Data loss is a gut-wrenching experience but with experts on hand, like Chris and his team it helped us greatly and minimize our loss. A lot of our data has been recovered thank you !!
