      In March 2025 I was offered "rodent control" and not told this would be another year long contract and was only told the additional monthly price. This is in part my fault for not reading through the information closely and only hitting the "sign" button when offered. It is now September 2025 and 1-2 months ago I asked the company to remove the rodent boxes due to the bait inside being moldy and appearing to have never been changed since initial service in March. I have never seen a rodent in the boxes. I received no communication back from the company. I then asked Greenix to cancel my service as I was frustrated they did not get back to me regarding my request. The "accounts manager" was incredibly rude and used language like "Let me look for a loophole" and "let me get creative" when I asked to cancel. She was telling me that I had to pay $249 to get out of the contract early despite it being the organizations error for not responding back to my communication about being unhappy with the service. She offered me multiple "options" to get out of the cancellation fee but all of them included continuing to pay a monthly fee until March 2026. The sales tactics are predatory and their cancellation process is as well. At the end of the day, I paid the $249 cancellation fee despite the account manager stating that "sometimes communications slip through the cracks" and ultimately blaming it on me as she stated "I don't see any record of communication from you in your file".

      A company representative came knocking to solicit business and presented what type of preventive pest treatments they provide and I decided to give them a try. For this I paid ahead for the first treatment and then the next month I received receipt of having been billed a recurring monthly billing charge without any services provided. I decided to cancel their service and was informed that I needed to continue to pay this monthly fee for a year or incur a $268.92 cancellation free. This was never explained to me nor do I believe this is appropriate, especially since I have already paid, or overpaid (nothing done after original application but got a next month fee). The company billing department can't handle this problem and would have to refer it somewhere else. This business model seems extremely sketchy to me.

      Their treatment DOESN’T WORK for my property and they know it. I’ve called them for several months and they kept sending more people to spray more with no effect. They know about this issue and don’t care. Their service people also show up unannounced when they want on the day of service even though they are supposed to give you an hour notice or so. A door sales man ensured us that their services will work for our property and we can cancel hassle free if it doesn’t. They never mentioned any cancelation fee even when I asked if we can cancel if it doesn’t work!! When I called to cancel the account manager said that their services always work and laughed at me and the situation. They don’t care that their products don’t work and lie to people. They also lied that my neighbors were their customers!! They also lie that I signed a contract on their tablet which I didn’t. They are committing fraud since they know their service is not effective and still want to charge 300 dollars cancellation fee their sales person never mentioned. I want the ineffective service canceled as was promised to me by the door salesman.

      I am under contract for multiple pest control services. Have had to call almost weekly for additional treatments, continually get the run around or scheduling delays. Their contracts don't even guarantee success on service, just that they'll "service" the area. Trying to get out of the contract, even with multiple documented issues with delivery of service includes a large financial penalty. Been trying to get out of contract without paying for the penalty, as the penalty is almost as much as the contract but then they no longer have to service my property as well. It's basically "pay 100% of the contract and we'll pretend we aren't doing nothing" or "pay 50% and we'll actively do nothing"

      *****, ********, are all rude. This was the worst purchase I’ve ever made. They have all lied, they have Indian call center reps.

      Aug 7 2025 had last greenix service. Employees exhibited unprofessional and inappropriate behavior. He apologized and said he would let his boss know he should not return to my address. This was on his own accord. I didnt see it worth reporting to the company at the time but as the product proved again to not work as advertised I emailed requesting to cancel service citing ineffective treatment, as I didnt want to recount the harassment in my home. This was met with insistence that a phone call is required. During which the manager insisted I state was happened which the employee and then told me he wasnt sure that it really happened and charged me a $250 early cancellation fee.

      Nature of Complaint:

      On August 13, 2025, I signed a one-year service agreement with a Greenix door-to-door salesman. During the sale, I specifically communicated that we were hosting an event on August 31, 2025, and required a follow-up treatment before that date. The salesman assured me this would be arranged; however, it was never scheduled.

      When I called to confirm, I was only able to speak with an AI assistant, which indicated someone would follow up. I have received no response to date. Additionally, I was told that weekend appointments were unavailable, though Greenix’s own website lists weekend availability.

      We are also unsatisfied with the initial treatment, as pest activity—including bees, spiders, and mosquitoes—has increased rather than decreased. Attempts to schedule a retreatment have been unsuccessful due to lack of response.

      We are requesting one of the following resolutions:
      1. Fulfillment of the service as sold, including proper retreatments and timely scheduling.
      2. OR immediate cancellation of the contract without the $299 cancellation fee, since Greenix has failed to deliver the services promised.

      I was sent an invoice and received it in yesterday's mail at home. (Invoice was dated 8/16/25). The issue is that the invoice is for services never rendered. I have enclosed a cancellation email from Greenix to my wife from June.Greenix was supposed to come to our home and do our bi-monthly pest control on 5/23/25. They were not able to make one timeline. They suggested another timeline that did not work for our schedule and then we chose to end our service with them. (we liked the former company better). We were called and texted to get the invoice paid but we never got the service. We ask to not pay the invoice and for Greenix to sever contact with us. The license # on the account statement is **********.

      In march 2025 I called to cancell my pest control due to my wife has cancer and I would no longer be able to pay and stopped the payment which was payed by my credit card and asked them to pick up there equipment and stop service they continued to bill me but it was cancelled and they kept billing . Now iam getting calls from a collection company arm solutions this business has over 500 hundred complaints for deceptive practices and I. Can see why .

      I contacted them to schedule an inspection for possible roaches. I was told a $99 hold would be placed on my account to secure the appointment, and that no charge would be made unless I chose to proceed with service at the first visit.Before the appointment date, I decided to cancel and use my apartments pest control provider. I called Greenix a full day in advance, only to be shuffled through multiple representatives before finally reaching someone who could cancel the inspection. The representative assured me it was canceled, but to my surprise, he said it would take 710 business days for my money to be refunded. At that moment I realized the company had not placed a hold on my account at ******* had already withdrawn the $***** has now been nearly three weeks, and I still have not received my money back. This is not a simple misunderstanding; it is a dishonest business practice.

Through our investigation, we confirmed that ***** scheduled an inspection and was informed that a $99 deposit would be withdrawn to secure the appointment, with no additional charge unless they chose to proceed with service. ***** did choose to cancel the appointment in advance. While the $99 had been withdrawn as part of the standard appointment deposit process, Greenix has processed a full refund as of August 5th, 2025. Documentation verifying this refund is attached. We have communicated directly with the customer via voicemail and email regarding the refund. Please let us know if any additional information is required.
