    "Electronic messaging & faxing integration with my medical record software, BUT:-- multiple downtimes per week -- interface to EHR needs frequent maintenance -- patient portal very limited customization -- online documents are tedious to format and no interface to EHR input sections -- emails from patients containing clickable links don't work -- no trial period -- accelerating cost over several years -- restrictive contract, auto renews with no prior notification -- when you cancel, they charge you for two months to leave Recommend you look elsewhere"

    "As a client with multiple years of experience with a Updox service/product I would not recommend anyone contract with them if there is a alternative.While their services were for the most part reliable and delivered what was advertised for my practice, their customer service and technical support are not easy to contact and generally unable to resolve any issue." ...
