      Titlemax charge high interest rate, principal interest balance never decrease, i pay on time every month. I was not aware that Titlemax had been sued for over charging high interest rates on their loans. I have 7 months over the amount of money i owe them. I need my title back and cleared from this loan. I still make payments until i can get help.

      Rude representative calls and demands an immediate yes answer from me (which I wont do because of say yes scam). The representative rudely responds when I tell them I wont say that right off the bat because of the scam. The representative wouldnt tell me where they called from at start of the call when they introduced themself and no company name on caller id. Only way I found it was title *** was by calling in. The representative that called me when I advised Im cautious because of scams retorted well when you are ready to verify we can talk till then wont tell you nothing and hung up on me when I was trying to get out then dont call me no more.

      Title *** is nothing more than a bunch of crooks preying upon the desperation of people who are in a financial crisis. They use tactics that are as smooth as butter and soft as oil. The young woman who initially worked with me cried and sobbed about how cut throat her job was all the while petitioning me to write her a good review on ******* Watch out for the cunning use of flattery words to make you think you are getting a good interest rate. Needless to say, I was lied to and when I confronted her about the lie she began to yell at me on the phone with a sudden click on her end. The lack of clarity and professionalism goes to show what kind of business it is.

      Took auto loan from **************** store no longer in busisness. I was in bankruptcy paid loan off thru court. Sent paper work 3 times to release of title as of today 10/04/23 paperwork has not been upload to my account. I want my ******************** spent 45 on hold today got nowhere

      If I could give this 0 starts I would. A representative called and left an urgent message. I called back at the extension number given and no one answered nor was I able to leave a voicemail. I called back, spoke to several representatives (was transferred several times) and spoke to a representative named John. He began asking questions and was extremely short, rude and downright disrespectful. He said that “these are simple yes or no answers”. The reason I called is because there is some fraud going on with my account and I was contacted (I think) in regards to this. I did not get to resolve this issue (with the voicemail that was left in my phone). That representative told me to “have a nice day” and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a representative named Adam. I explained the situation and requested that maybe I needed ti speak to a manager. He transferred me to the “check cashing department”. I was placed on hold for about 15 minutes and then the call was disconnected. My issue was never resolved nor did I end up having my questions about the voicemail answered or resolved either. I hope and will greatly appreciate someone getting back with me to resolve my issue.

      Just paid 400 with debit card to title **** My bank showed that it was processed and taken out and title *** saying they havent received it. Its showing they received it so its nothing they can do. They want my bank to dispute it but my bank said no because **** accepted it on yall end. They saying its nothing they can do. I just have gave them 400 so do anyone know a lawyer I can get

      TitleMax got me and is still getting me. I guess because I needed the money so bad to help pay for the burial of my brother being doing dead at the very house that he saved my mother from last year do to a house fire. I should have read the fine print. But in the conversation it was told that I could come in and pay and when I left that was my intention was to come in so I can pay more when making a one time payment. Well I notice this payment come out every two weeks for the past three months and to find out that the 247 you take it my check every two weeks has only went towards the principles. I asked what the amount on the original because that's almost ***** plus Dollars and nothing has went towards the$1,075 I borrowed. This is a rip off because you can't give me any numbers but tell me to pay them go back on line and pay again what what wait this is confusing me. Can somebody help me.

      My junkie ex husband had me sign for a cash advance (my fault). I took out 3 advances that were defaulted on. CheckSmart sold my info to a debt collector. I paid said debt collector and have the docusigns to prove it. Here’s the problem… they won’t quit selling my info to new debt collectors! I show them proof and all is quiet for about 6 months until a new one reaches out threatening legal action in court. I tell them I’ll take it to court and all is quiet for another 6 months. It’s harassment at this point and has been going on for YEARS. I don’t know what to do at this point.
