      I have been having issues with this place because they claim I have a missing payment so today when Maria called me about a payment for 8/19 I was confused because I had just paid that Monday 8/14 for my payment on the 8/11. So I asked for her to go over all payments to see if it matches my chase account. And seems really off to me by the dates she is giving me. For example payments are every 2 weeks but there is 1 date she is missing on her end and I asked about why it didn’t get taken out on that 2nd week and instead it got taken out on the 3rd week so I made a double payment which shows on my chase account but she is telling me there was no payment for that date so I’m asking why didn’t it get paid twice then and she tells me because back in Jan the ere was a missed payment. Sounds confusing I know .. she told me she’s confused as well and manager will call me Monday.. I did not want to wait that long I wanted an explanation. Also I know something is wrong on their end because they are calling me on the wrong payday. They’re supposed to call me for payment Friday 8/25 because that makes it 2weeks after last payment which was 8/11(payment got taken out on 8/14) something is totally off I feel like they are taking my money in a fraud kind of way. I regret taking out a loan from this place everyone warned me but I didn’t listen.

      They cheat people out of their money...I made a payment on Aug 11th and was brought current and a new monthly loan drawn up(they make new loan contracts every month to charge you more)...Today 6 days later they were saying( talked to 6 different people and head of our area) I owed full interst for the month to pay off the loan...which was 300 more then what was really owed. made the min payment of the 6 days interst and the amount went back down to originally loan amount(this is after paying 10 months on time) and was able to get a autoloan buy out with a different company. With lower payments and a 6 month contract.

      ******** W This is really sad when it comes down to it was in a bad place got behind on my bills needed some help been paying titlemax since 2021 God help me this is crazy especially in these day of times they have got way over their money and some TitleMax is a predatory loan company. They prey on people with a car title in desperate need of money. The loan refinances every month along with a VERY HIGH interest rate. They try to keep giving you money and you will never be able to secede ties with them unless you let them have your vehicle or pay it off at a substantial amountPLEASE DONT EVER TAKE OUT A TITLE LOAN HERE never

      PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!! My daughter's car was picked up for 1 late payment 4 days ago. She went to the office on *********************************************************** with *********************** made late payment and another payment in order to get her car back. She made the appt to pick up in ************ ** @9:00am. I took off work to drive her there only to find out her car wasn't there. Now I have to take off work again Friday to drive 40mins again to get her car. The location where her car was supposed have been dropped off called ***** several times letting him know the car wasn't there. We go to the office on ****** he's nowhere to be found. The lady there made a call on her cell phone to ***** who was in the back. My daughter was finally told her car was now in the location that we just left 40mins ago. My daughter called Corp and was told she couldn't do anything other than escalate to have ***** call her and they would call her back within 2hrs. it now 6hrs passed for Corp's call back. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE FINED OR SHUT DOWN FOR THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE well lack of ***************** My rating for this company is 0 Stars because they do not deserve a 1 Star rating.

      They are calling me and harrassing me saying i stole thousands and thousands of dollars and I didnt. They have debt collectors calling me and cussing me out and threatening me. Horrible company and its terrible when they have people calling your enitre family saying youre going to jail. In the state of texas that is illegal!

      This company double charged my account for a sizable loan amount. They have no sense of urgency to refund me and right their wrong. I've asked to talk to district managers and managers at corporate and have been denied over and over. It's been over a week and I've gotten nowhere and have still not received my money.

      i applied for a title loan in October 2022 at the 2015 **********************, *******, ** ***** location. i asked if i make the monthly payment would it pay off the loan over time. ******** said yes it would. i have paid this loan off ******** when my loand was only ******* and still owe exactly the amount I started with. I was so upset when the system was hacked and I couldn't see my account info for a few months kept calling and leaving messages. no answer. Then finally spoke with someone in the office and was told they couldn't help that i was misinformed as ******** is no longer there and neither is the previous manager. This is an unacceptable situation and truly proof they are scamming people. So since these people no longer work at the company there is no accountability.

      I hate that I ever came after reading *****'s review....but anyway, I left a review about the Hwy 5 location and getting my referral. The owner commented to call the **************** #. At this point someone needs to contact me! I don't have time to hold for 20 minutes and keep explaining the situation to 2 or 3 different people. You see that you have an unhappy customer so you all need to take the initiative. It's not like you all just gave me the money, I have to pay a lot more back so satisfying customers instead of brushing them off should still be priority!

      The facility located at 3077 W. Shaw in Fresno, California has very rude and unprofessional staff that works at this location. I will not be going back to this facility or sending anyone there for any of their services. I went in get a loan and there were approximately (6) people in line for services. The facility had (2) clerks at the window and only one was assisting customers, the ther clerk was entering some type of documentation into the system which consisted of many slips of paper. I then asked for a manager and her name was Dominic she was rude and very unprofessional. When I brought the issue to her attention she was unconcerned about customers waiting and displayed very unprofessional demeanor. Which was uncalled for and the charges is ridiculous. To have a lot customers wait in line for their services is uncalled for, I feel that this facility needs to conduct a training class for their employees. They need to be made aware of that just because their customers needs their service they shouldn't be looked down upon. They need to accommodate and appreciate their customers rather than making them wait. I waited approximately 10 more minutes and walked out. This type of unprofessionalism and attitude needs to be addressed and corrected within the facility.
      If I knew or was asked by someone where to obtain a loan I wouldn't refer them there, instead I would refer them to one of their competitors up the street. This type of service and treatment is uncalled for. They need to learn to accommodate their customers instead of treating them so rudely and understand where their pay check come from the customers. The other customers also who were in line said they was going to do a review, rather they did or not I am doing one because this type of service id ridiculas and uncalled for. I would advise more customer service training for this location. I bringing this to your attention to help your organization correct the problem rather to lose more customers.
