      They are calling me and harrassing me saying i stole thousands and thousands of dollars and I didnt. They have debt collectors calling me and cussing me out and threatening me. Horrible company and its terrible when they have people calling your enitre family saying youre going to jail. In the state of texas that is illegal!

      This company double charged my account for a sizable loan amount. They have no sense of urgency to refund me and right their wrong. I've asked to talk to district managers and managers at corporate and have been denied over and over. It's been over a week and I've gotten nowhere and have still not received my money.

      i applied for a title loan in October 2022 at the 2015 **********************, *******, ** ***** location. i asked if i make the monthly payment would it pay off the loan over time. ******** said yes it would. i have paid this loan off ******** when my loand was only ******* and still owe exactly the amount I started with. I was so upset when the system was hacked and I couldn't see my account info for a few months kept calling and leaving messages. no answer. Then finally spoke with someone in the office and was told they couldn't help that i was misinformed as ******** is no longer there and neither is the previous manager. This is an unacceptable situation and truly proof they are scamming people. So since these people no longer work at the company there is no accountability.

      I hate that I ever came after reading *****'s review....but anyway, I left a review about the Hwy 5 location and getting my referral. The owner commented to call the **************** #. At this point someone needs to contact me! I don't have time to hold for 20 minutes and keep explaining the situation to 2 or 3 different people. You see that you have an unhappy customer so you all need to take the initiative. It's not like you all just gave me the money, I have to pay a lot more back so satisfying customers instead of brushing them off should still be priority!

      The facility located at 3077 W. Shaw in Fresno, California has very rude and unprofessional staff that works at this location. I will not be going back to this facility or sending anyone there for any of their services. I went in get a loan and there were approximately (6) people in line for services. The facility had (2) clerks at the window and only one was assisting customers, the ther clerk was entering some type of documentation into the system which consisted of many slips of paper. I then asked for a manager and her name was Dominic she was rude and very unprofessional. When I brought the issue to her attention she was unconcerned about customers waiting and displayed very unprofessional demeanor. Which was uncalled for and the charges is ridiculous. To have a lot customers wait in line for their services is uncalled for, I feel that this facility needs to conduct a training class for their employees. They need to be made aware of that just because their customers needs their service they shouldn't be looked down upon. They need to accommodate and appreciate their customers rather than making them wait. I waited approximately 10 more minutes and walked out. This type of unprofessionalism and attitude needs to be addressed and corrected within the facility.
      If I knew or was asked by someone where to obtain a loan I wouldn't refer them there, instead I would refer them to one of their competitors up the street. This type of service and treatment is uncalled for. They need to learn to accommodate their customers instead of treating them so rudely and understand where their pay check come from the customers. The other customers also who were in line said they was going to do a review, rather they did or not I am doing one because this type of service id ridiculas and uncalled for. I would advise more customer service training for this location. I bringing this to your attention to help your organization correct the problem rather to lose more customers.

      TitleMax is a predatory loan company. They prey on people with a car title in desperate need of money. The loan refinances every month along with a VERY HIGH interest rate. They try to keep giving you money and you will never be able to secede ties with them unless you let them have your vehicle or pay it off at a substantial amountPLEASE DONT EVER TAKE OUT A TITLE LOAN HERE!!!

      This company committed fraud. They pulled a hard credit inquiry without my permission. I called and tried to speak to someone and they just left me on hold for over 30 minutes. Please be advised I will be getting police and possibly FBI involved.

      If I could give less than 1 star, I would! I moved from ******* to ******** after being in an abusive situation. My daughter lived in ******** but was getting ready to be married, live in his home and wasn't able to have me live there due to his rental agreement. Bottom line...I explained FULLY my situation to Titlemax. When I spoke with them on the phone they stated that they would help me get money for an apartment and have my car (**** ***** Element) legally registered in ********. I went and got the inspection they required,.saw the property tax preparer, etc. I had an electronic title because I didn't expect I would leave *******. So when it came time to everything, they told me they couldn't help with legalizing it in ********. They treated the transaction as I had taken the loan out in ******* before I moved to ******** which is a lie. I called headquarters and even they stated my loan wasn't handled correctly. I was late on 1 payment in May during the pandemic and they threatened that if I didn't sign over my car that basically renting an apartment or anything else I would need credit points for would be a nightmare. I had to give up my car. There's so much more to this but even when I called corporate they knew it was wrong.

      I went in today to get a small loan for some medical bills I recently received. All the ladies there were very friendly and helpful and the process was quick and easy. I would recommend them to anyone that lives in Tyler that needs some extra cash for any unexpected bills or emergencies
