  The worst place to get a loan says get your title back with title max * That won't happen because your payment they set you up with is actually just the amount to renew the loan every month so if paying ****** it all goes to renew loan not one single dollar goes towards your payment thry are sneaky and should never be considered for anyone to get a loan absolutely losers I will tell anyone and everyone how horrible this company is* ??????????

  Worst place ever, Ive been paying on a title loan for over a year and I still owe the same amount as the original loan. I dont understand how you can pay off something thats not possible. I initially went here for help and ended up in a far more worse situation. Its a scam and everyone should be aware. Ive been on hold literally for over a month without anyone answering. If I pick an option for a new loan someone will answer, but as soon as I tell them the issue Im placed on a never ending hold. Its sad how they take advantage of hard working people who may have been in a bad situation and needs help. I have clearly been robbed and theres nothing to be done or said about it because no one will answer.

  You advertise one way, but operate in another. For example: You advertise that a person has available cash ?? (you also CHANGE that amount) they can borrow if they pay a certain amount up front. The pays the certain amount up front and is still DENIED the funds and you don't reimburse the upfront fees. ?? Please explain. ??

  I have tried for 2 weeks to get answers about my daughters car that was repossessed...I was hold for 45 minutes someone picked up and hung up, I was transferred from home office to the local store 6 times in one call both offices took my contact information and a supervisor and manager could call me back...didn't happen! Now today is 21 days and can be sold and I still haven't gotten any answers! The terms of these loans are not designed with the borrower in mind! They are a trap and financial burden! Loan amount $2600 Payoff $4170

  I have been paying online payments to TitleMax. My loan was for $8000 and each time I paid online over the amount that was asked my payments did not move the $8000 has been paid plus an extra 500 and they still are charging me $6000 to pay back there is no customer service. It’s one person there is no corporate office to get a hold of anybody. Every time I call the office they’re telling me lies that the automatic system recognizes that I only pay a certain amount this place is a rip off they need to be shut down , when I first went into the office to apply for the loan they tried to buy my car a 2020 Toyota for $10,000 when I paid over $19,000 for it but they trying to make me pay almost $16,000 to get my title back. It makes no sense it seems like I’m never going to get this paid off. I will be seeking a lawyer. This is Covington Highway in Decatur Georgia.

  I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS TO TRY AND GET HOLD OF SOMEONE TO GET MY TITLE BACK IN WHICH I KNOW THE LOAN IS PAID. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

  The problem is I paid off this loan early and they will not give me my receipt I move to another state and I can't walk in and get a receipt I tried to get them to email me my receipt and he said he could not do that but it was alright for me to pay him over $1,500.00 but I have no proof saying that I paid in full. arrangement. They're very unprofessional down there they will not let you speak to supervisor or a manager. Also I asked to get the phone # to the corporate office and they gave me a Phony phone #. I would love to have my receipt and a copy of professional paper saying that this loan is close and my title is on his way back to me.. But with this so called professionalism that they have down there he could not give me a receipt over the phone but he can take my money over the phone I think this is very unprofessional and that's the reason why I am complanning I would like for someone to call down there, And yes I would like for someone to make them give me my receipt.

  NO STARS**** HORRIBLE CREDIT UNION....The service there is awful!! I've dealt with two Estate accounts at this bank. I came in to the bank as the admin of the estate account to conduct business advised of me by my estate attorney. They treat me like I'm stealing my own money!! They call this so called compliance department who has them give me the run around!!! I've completed transactions on this account before no issue. But as soon as I raise a complaint about how I'm being treated They're whispering and having the managers look at me like I'm a crook. Banking while black is the issue. I'll be informing my lawyer of this treatment.

  My wife has had a loan through here for a year. We paid on it the due amount plus **** at tax time. She wanted to get a refinance and get a little more money. The worker at ********** ******** office told her she definitely could all we had to do is pay the fees. I drove 2 hours one way to get the money we needed with borrowed money to get there and may my payment early, they took that money and then wouldn't give us our loan. Pretty shady, but hey that worker made his commission right....shame on your company for doing this to anyone...much less a whole lot of folks down on their luck.....shame!
