This is a clear predatory lender! I have paid this loan but, it never is paid down because of the enormous amount of interest.

Please be advised. This company is a predator lender. Their costumer assistance's and mangers are all crooked. Not sure how they live with themselves especially during a time where the economy is failing and prices are high. I was told i could get 5,000 loan on my 2015 Nissan Altima, and only got blessed with 2,500 but the clerk was check other stores because there store only had 2,500 (RED FLAG). However, that sufficed with the situation i had in front of me. I was able to take car of it. My plan was to pay extra and get me title back ASAP, i was able to make an extra $200 payment (Electronically) early without refinancing, and my total with down, but then I noticed that process had been blocked, and I noticed from the app that I could only make a payment but it was called "REFINANCE" (Another Red Flag) so I called to ask what was going on, I was told that they only refinanced and that each refinancing was a 30 day load which simply meant i was caught up in a revolving door of giving my money away. So i called to get an understand and the guy I could tell got frustrated with my question about how to i pay this loan down. He could tell me spoke with a manger she lied so i got the money together in cash and went and got my title. I had to pray all they asking God to remove the evil heart of the people at TITLE MAX. Well the blessing is they only gave me 2,500 and i was able to pay them cash and get my title back. PEOPLE PLEASE BEWARE do your research and you'll be surprised to find out most states want this Company gone. I'm going to consult or at least send letters to the the FTC who has already rendered judgment before against this company. More class actions are coming i see a few recently filed I'm sure. As of today 4/15/23 I received a letter in the mail that this company has a data breach, and now my person credentials are at risk. In a Nut Shell more issues then i originally sign for. They are a rogue company with money and will take yours.

They are predatory crooks who lie to their customers plain and simple. Atleast the store in *******, ******* is. One ofntheir employees named ****** said she would work with me on letting me catch up my payment that got behind due to me falling sick and losing my hearing during the holidays. Well i actually tried to catch it up before then and they screwed up my login information online so i wasnt able to make the payment before it got behind. The farther it fell behind i had people call them.repeatedly like 20 different occasions asking them to fix my login so i could make my payment. They would.not do it. The reason i didnt.call myself is because i couldnt hear. Finally i got most of my hearing back and went to the store and she agreed to let me.catch up my payment a little on each tuesday when i got my check. Well i paid $100 last week and $100 this week leaving $162 that i was going to pay this coming week but she sent the repo man after my vehicle anyway She is a lying 2 faced b**** who i ******************* in h*** It was her f****** fault i got behind anyway. I pray that if anyone ever needs to **** their titles in *******, ******* that they go elsewhere. The reason i gave 1 star is because thats as low as it will let me go.

BE VERY CAREFUL! I submitted an application and then received an email link to link my bank account with them. Then I called customer service to verify the application status and they said the bank account number transmitted during the bank linking process didn't match what was on the loan application and that they wanted me to send them a bank statement. Clearly, they matched as I was able to verify to her that I had entered the right account number on the application by looking at a copy of my application. After wasting my breath yelling at this stubborn customer service rep, I asked for her supervisor and they told me the exact last four digits of the bank account number that was transmitted to them during the link process. It was completely different. Then she went on to say some ** excuse like how it may have been from my saving account or how it was transmitted incorrectly. I don't even have a savings account. I knew at that point they were scamming people or trying to do some shady stuff. DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN WITH THEM! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!

I have a title loan with TitleMax. The interest charge was $867.88 which I paid on April 4, 2023. On April 5, 2023, less than 24 hours later, I paid $2000.00 to reduce the total owed on my car title, instead, they took another $867.88 for interest that had never been billed to me and only applied $1,132.12 to my title loan. I had the representation contact the corporate office and they refused to talk to me and refused to refund my payment. Please help me to resolve this matter.
