      Speedy Cash on ********************* have Thieves working inside..They go into your ACCOUNT after a Payment and Steal your Money. WTH! I know exactly who he is and going to Report about this so it can be Investigated to the Fulliest..Not ********************* at all after you get their Expensive Loan..Rude on the Phones..

      Me and my husband were told 3 Times that we could make a payment on a certain day of the month as long as he came in and made his payment. He did this two months in a row, and the company keeps claiming that they have no record of him calling in to change his payment date. They keep taking our money saying that its for late fees, and hes not putting any amount on the title because they keep starting his payment plan over. Today , he called again to make his payment, which he was told would be fine to make his payment on this date 9/3/2022 with the last representative. They stated again for the third time that they had no record of this, and wants him to pay the full balance again. Basically not showing any payment on the title. I will never use their service again Because this is ridiculous.

      I have been paying over a year on time besides 2-3 payments that I made a day late payment, I was taxed another payment on my **** for that one day. In total within that year of paying, I already payed their $1860 plus $1,660 on top of what I already payed and the lady said there I still owe $1,300 more. Well Im disabled and I live on a fixed income and I can't afford to pay on my old 97 **** Explorer anymore because my car broke down completely, so I called and told them to pick it Up. The lady there said, NO YOU BRING IT TO US! I told her, I can't afford to take it to her because I'm out of state and in not in Great health and being disabled and all, I just can't! I said to her, She insisted on me to take it and that my credit is going to go down and that I owe another payment, too pay her asap! Also said that the business is going to call me night and day too collect my payment. I told Her again, I'm disabled and I can't afford it now at all! I told Her to come pick up the car and there will be No problems. She continued on, and said, Ok, WHATS YOUR ADDRESS WHERE THE *** IS AT? So I gave her my new address and I told her, of all the argument, NOW You want the address? She said, as bad as I'm having a bad day, She wished me a good day. CLICK She hanged up the phone on me. How rude is that? That's no way to treat a person, that's also disabled. ??

      Rip offs they charge More in late charges than what the initial payment is in this day and time people going through a lot!!!!!

      Rip off. They stole my car even when I made arrangements to pay them through refinancing through my credit union. They never responded on anything.

      *********************************************************, is unethically and unacceptably advertising their store. On Friday, 8/5/2022, I received a letter that was not sent with appropriate postage. It turns out this was merely marketing information sent to homes and addressed to "current resident". It turns out, for this pieces of unsolicited junk mail, I now have to pay for the missing postage. This office is mailing out junk mail with a post card stamp instead of the appropriate amount of postage. I can only assume I'm not the only one who got to pay for my junk mail. This is completely inappropriate. I can tell you that because of this unethical behavior, I will never use your brand. Maybe others will be more forgiving, but you may want to address this as I'm betting I'm not the only unhappy resident.

      I will never use this business again! I will pay off my **** and leave. These people are crooks and ruthless! I was finally able to make a payment after being out of work for an extended length of time, and they not only took my payment, but also my past due amount! I didnt authorize them to do that! I called them and was told that when I entered my card info, that authorized them and they refused to return it. I needed that money to pay on my rent! No use calling them either, they were so unhelpful! Do not use this company!

      Ive tried for months with the successive owners about copys of the loan and title agreement. ************** a call back and info that never happens. Our deceased familys car is rotting away with no release of title. The deceased happened 4 years ago!
