1 starI dont think they deserve one star!! The customer service in Georgetown was awful!! The lady name ***** is horrible ! **************** is below standards! Ive been in the customer service industry for 10 plus years, I have never treated, potential customers or customers the way she did! Its a way how you talk to someone! This is no way to deal business! This company will lose all its business, having a customer service representative like her! She needs prayer! I pray that she knows God! 1 starWhen Check into cash was bought out by community choice financial I had a loan for my motorhome that had one payment left of $275. The people at check into cash said they could not take the final payment and gave me a number for the new owners to talk to about making the final payment. After calling and getting the run around for a month I gave up. That was three years ago. I would like to sell the vehicle but it has a lien on it from the original contract. CCFI is a poorly run business

1 starThey’re unprofessional and ghetto. I was trying to get a payday loan, but I had an account with my child, which was not the the county needed to get the loan they said. When I ask for documentation of that, stating that I was refused. When I asked, who was the person who rejected my account they refused to give me their information. And none of the employees will give me their names, nor did they wear badges. And either, though they are unprofessional, they do not fear any discipline from the higher power. Their arrogance and unprofessionalism is something that you could say. They do consistently and that they feared no discipline. so as I’m writing this complaint, I can’t either formally communicate of who I dealt with at this facility. There they are very ghetto and unprofessional. 1 starThis place needs to be shut down. They made a loan for a customer for $10,000 on a 2020 GMC. This customer income is 1300$ and month and they convince her they had to lowest rate around. This company put this customer on a high rate with very high payments. The payments for this loan was 1500$ and she only bring in 1300$. The only answer one of the employees had to say was she shouldnt came and got the loan. Very unethical practice and bad attitude on helping a customer.Review fromDominique L

1 starI contacted Speedy Cash in regards to a cash advance loan that I had completed online in 2019. I wanted to pay the loan in full, in order to have the loan removed from my credit report. I contacted the customer service number and the customer service representatives were unresponsive and unaware of how to resolve my situation with the proper information regarding the cash advance loan. I was hung up on twice by two separate customer service representatives, and when I finally reached the collections department, the customer service representative hung up on me with no information about my cash advance loan or how to repay the loan.Review fromLinda M

1 starWe ( my boyfriend and I) were doing a title loan and after mistake after mistake three hours later we were still not approved . Mistake from employee . Manager would not take over to make this a fast ( what you advertise ) loan process . We have did an application three times now and still nothing . Also the approval amount was so little it was a waste of our time going there when my vehicle was 10 years older and a lot of wear to it and I got a higher rate of approval. This is store number ***** . Over all I give our visit a great 0 rate being worst experience I have had at a professional business. 1 starThis company is is trying to collect on a debt from 2015. It has taken me years to clean up credit, and now they are trying to collect on an eight year old Debt? I hope someone contact me so I can file a complaint against this company!
