1 starThey took my payment did not contact me about docu sign wasn’t completed immediately added other fees I explained to them that I’m sick to work with me after all they have the pymt however they haven’t been cooperative or considerate at all I’ve been with them for almost 3 years I need help I live alone I explained when my son comes over I’d see can he get it done and please don’t keep charging me moneyReview fromWill F

1 starThis company takes advantage of people in financial crisis by loaning money with close to 600% interest and late charges. I have been making payments every month for over a year and I have paid double what I borrowed and still owe them another 15000 if I continue to make monthly payments until end of contract. My payoff amount is more than what I borrowed even though I have paid twice as much as I borrowed.Review fromPenny C

1 starREAD BEFORE SIGNING!!
I have done business with speedy cash for almost 10 yrs and ALWAYS did a pay check advance loan and pay it back the day I get my check but suddenly now Speedy cash says I do not qualify for payday loans any longer and that I have to get an installment loan paying nearly triple interest or NO LOAN..
I CHOOSE NO LOAN because I will not be forced to pay insane interest rates when I don’t have to..
Speedy Cash will NEVER get my business EVER again!!Review fromKaren B

5 starsSpeedy Cash in Los Angeles, California is where I live and Speedy Cash has helped me out numerous times! Last month they were able to help me again! However, this month (February) I was not able to pay my balance. When I called to let them know, the young lady that I spoke to was so kind, caring yet very professional. 1 starIf I could give it one Stars I would the manager **** called me up and start yelling So what had happened was my lawyer sent me a check I went to go cash it turns out that they had voided that check and they did not know if I mean this until 2 Days Later and so the check bounced I then called up the company to let them know that the check get bounced and then the check cashing place called me up this guy proceeds to yell at me like a man child claiming that he's been doing this for 15 years and I said that's good for you but can we talk like adults because right now you're sounding like a man child and he proceeds to yell how he's going to get the police involved and I said sir what all due respect I have screenshots I have everything to prove that the company was at fault for this so they are going to reimburse you unlike you sir I have basic customer service skills and he then proceeds to y'all more so at this point my mom and my brother are hearing this design loudspeaker and he proceeds to cuss at them so I tell him I am going to report you sir because now you're supposedly a manager but yet you're cussing at my family now what of check cashing place hires a so-called manager if they don't even know basic customer service skills or how to handle a situation I think they need a fire this guy because honestly he doesn't deserve his positionReview fromPatrick H

5 starsI have received no surprises here, just fast money (on the order of a few minutes) without any hit to my credit. They told me up front what the finance charges and interest were. 1 starI have been dealing with the Title *** in **********,** on ********************** down near the Thrift store for a while now. I would give this place Zero stars if I could. When I first Borrowed from them everything was great the Young man I dealt with was very understanding and was willing to work with me. Then I go in One day and He is no longer there and some woman name ****** is there. She started off nice and friendly. I was upfront and honest about what I was going through. I get up this morning to take my Husband and Daughter to the Emergency Room to find out that She has had my car Repoed after telling me that she would work with me. If you are in the ********** area Don't do Business with the Title *** in the 11, 000 block of **********************. They will ruin your Life. It doesn't help that I was a victim in the Data Breach.Review fromMark B

1 starThey ****! I got a notice from their pathetic company saying that my loan had a car as collateral. I told them about 20 times that I never have owned that car. They then froze my account to where I cant log in to make my payments. Called them again and was told that I had to pay off loan in full which will never happen. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PATHETIC COMPANY!
