      I’ve been a dedicated paying customer for 3 years on 2 car loans at Titlebucks now Titlemax. I’ve tried numerous times to reach out to them to get my payments lowered. Both of my vehicles have been paid triple of the value of them. They won’t give me a higher source number to handle this. One vehicle I’m paying 954 a month and it’s interest. Im 67 and on disability and live off of Social Security. Im praying they can work it out with me cause I’ve definitely have paid way more than they are even worth. I just need answers and I just want to live a long time and enjoy my retirement but this is too much. I would be so grateful if they would let this go or lower my payments.Praying!!!

      Took a small loan. BIG mistake. My Payoff balance is 1500, but I'm paying 345 a month with a BIG payment in a few months due that is larger than my original loan. This can't be legal. I live in Arkansas, and I found out they can't even do business in this state! If I would have known in advance the way this all worked, I would NOT have taken the loan with them. HIGHLY predatory, EXTREME interest rates of 400% and up, and very misleading. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER!!!

      I’ve had a loan with Speedy Cash for less than 30 days and it has already accumulated more than 50% in interested. This company is a complete scam and needs to be investigated for its practices.

      I think that this location has the most ungrateful rudest manager in the whole company. I had to wait forever just for my turn in line when I could literally see this manager ******* set in the parking lot knowing there was several customers in her store and took over a hour lunch. She then enters the store with this horrible look on her face not a hey how are you or anything. I then pay off my title loan and instead of being happy to accept the 2000 dollars I paid her and possibly help me out with my situation and get me my car back she proceeds to tell me I can’t get my car that I paid for for 3 more days which is my property and no longer has and involvement with title max. She is a very rude person and is a bad image for Title max. This company as a whole will not help a person get there title back they are a horrible company and because of her actions legal counsel is going to be involved and I will also be contacting the local news channels and all social media so I can make others aware of how terrible of a company title max is

      Check Smart fails to inform people about charges from the banks they use to get people loans. I paid all of my bills with them plus the bank. Needless to say, the bank charges a $25.00 fee which Check Smart knows about, but since I had no idea about this $25.00 fee, the bank they use decided to put a $25.00 collection on my credit report. Having said that, this had a major impact on my credit score and my credit cards. I called the Check Smart on ********* ********** *** ******** ****, and the manger informed me, ‘ they are only a middle man.’ Since you are the middle man, YOU have an obligation to INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS how the bank operates with the people who use YOUR services. Instead of blaming the bank, YOU are charging people for YOUR services, so the responsibility is on YOU. I will never use your services again, and I will always tell people to stay clear of you. YOUR customer service is pathetic.

      Don't accept cash app or certain forms of payment and don't like to respond seems like a way to keep your vehicles

      They lied about my payments told me I would pay back 560 a month towards 3600 loan then after 3 months I found out its all interest doesn't go towards my loan didn't let me read screen told me they had it all taken care of and screwed me over bad

      Checksmart in Norwood, Ohio is keeping me in debt by changing by increasing the fee everything I pay my loan. Today I was charged a 55.00 additional third party processing fee on top of my regular 60.00 fee to borrow 500.00. I called the lender number provided a lady said I could pay by check or money order to a po box to avoid fees. It doesn't sound right to send it to a po box and not a legit company. Please don't go here and please investigate.

      They have very shady business practices. They have unclear online payment stipulations. If you make a simple error or mistake they will refuse to help you resolve it and claim not to "know" how to hekp you even though they have worked for the company for years. This place is a scam and will steal your money under the guise of "doing business". Stay far away from this place, all their employees look like they have been to AA meetings one too mamy times. Go anywhere else but this place.
