      This review is in regards to my call today, July 23, 2024 after I initiated a alone application online I called and spoke to ***** which she brought up some thing from 2009 which I was not aware of as it had to do with the divorce I asked for reference number and she refused to give me it to transfer me to ****** and corporate. ****** midsentence put me on hold and kept me on hold. I told her that it was very unprofessional for her to put me on hold while I was in ****** and she said no she didnt. I said yes I did and if the call is recorded, Im sure youre supervisor. Will know that that is not the case. She said youre very smart and was very condescending. Put me on hold again told me that I should expect a call from supervisor within 24 hours , I just cant believe that something from 2009 which is not on my credit discussed furthermore pretty much disputed to me and hassled over the phone when that shouldnt even be brought up to me as it is now nowhere in my record. I advise them since phone calls are recorded and they have my bank information after them trying to collect. Advise them if they attempted to do that with my bank account that I would contact a lawyer because like I said this is something that has been charged off since its from 2009 I would like someone Above ***** and ****** and corporate and the supervisor named ****** to review because that is unethical

      They refused a principal only payment. Will only apply the money to payments. This is keeping me from paying off the loan. Only option is to leave the vehicle at the store. It has a thrown rod so they can have it.

      ***** *** called me and asked me if I needed a loan so after two weeks I went down and got a 2 thousand dollar loan 3 years of payments I called them to see why the principal was not going down when I took this loan they told me that A portion of the lone would go to interest and A portion would go to the principal now they are telling me that none of the payments went to the principal I have paid them all most 11 thousand dollars and now they tell me that they want My car to after lying to me about the loan agreement. I just want my title to my car they refuse to do that and they won't move money I hope you guys can help me make this right

      I have submitted in writing and received email verification and correspondence from the company that the auto drafts on my account were cancelled until further notice. Since then they have randomly ran through electronic checks instead of auto drafts, which I contacted them and asked them to stop. AGAIN, this month the forced another check through. I have written to then again and demanded they stop and informed them I would be reporting them.

      I keep getting a notice from them that they are taking legal action for unpaid debt. I’ve never done business with them ever! They email me and I ignore it. I don’t even want to open the info because this is a scare tactic and fraudulent.

      I’m homeless and can’t afford to keep paying the outrageous payments that none of it goes to principal! I have been paying on this loan for over three years!! I lost my daughter a little over two months ago and now I’m going to lose my car! Help me!!

      This is a review for title max car loan company that is the honest truth.I used title max normally just for a quick loan pay it off quickly as i can.i guess i have A plus score im not sure but who cares right ? First thing you need to know before applying is your going to get screwed with extremely high interest rate over 200% 220% most likely compounded by the second..this company isn’t doing you any favors at all title max is very greedy and just waits to pounce on you if your two seconds late making a payment Tital max is probably one of the most unrighteous people you will ever run across. They are very quick they will take advantage of any opportunity you give them.. do not get a car loan with this company stay completely away from Tital max ..now this is why their people word isn’t good .i paid my loan back before my first do date .paid it completely off they did not have the title to give back to me when i paid off my loan in full .. the manager in the office told me she’d find out where it was it’s been 3 weeks folks no title over 6 weeks since I got the loan ..I never got a call back from them to tell me where my title was ?? So i called the company got lied too title max just said the DMV must have try back in a week.you pay a extra $20.50 for them to have the convenience to put a lean on your Tital .get your title back from title max ..that isn’t true for me as of yet .and title max does not take responsibility for anything but screwing people on interest folks .I will never ever use them for anything at all ever again.Tital max is really unethical in many respects they are crooks basically the state needs to shut them down not to exist or do a hard audit at least .by the way I knew where my title was before I asked them .don’t just take their word for anything it’s no good ..title max will not say sorry or apologize for their mistakes.document everything folks..and I’m not changing this review.give me my Tital back title max..you deal with the dmv TM.

      The manager is very unprofessional and ****** don't want help me whit my situation he only want talk and don't listen about my situation cero empathy I think the manager is in the wrong place to work
