on December 13 2023 I purchased a intake manifold part # ***-****** from JEGS and after installing said manifold which is for a ***-******* it had 12 extra holes in it to mount it . These holes are 1/2 inch in diameter and the plug kit they supply with the manifold are 12mm in size . ok everyone knows 12mm is smaller then 1/2 they don't work! so I called Jegs and after a hour on hold I explained to ****** what the problem was and she told me she would check into this and after a while I called back and waited on hold again for another hour and she told me that they were waiting for said plugs from the manufacture which would take 30 days so I waited and called them back and they said they did not know what I was talking about and after going over said problem with them again she said ok no problem she will send me the plugs she sent me pipe plugs 3/4 size and only two of them so I called back and after a hour on hold again she said she had to send me to tech support and I talked to Jeff and explained to him my problem and he said he knew what I NEEDED and send me the right parts well after waiting for them I received the same thing I had 12mm plugs so I called back and after waiting again for a hour on hold I told them this has been going on too long so I'm sending the order back and she told me they cannot due to company policy if installed they cannot except it back and after telling her the product does not work she said she is sorry and cannot do anything wtf I cannot believe a company like this is treating there customers this way . she told me to find said plugs in my area and I told her If I could find them I would, I looked everywhere for these and nobody has them.Business Response

Hello my name is **** ******, I ordered a set of wheels of wheels from Jegs in January. Before ordering the wheels we talked to a Jegs technician about the size that was needed. Ordered the wheels, put tires on the wheels and they did not fit the vehicle. I call Jegs and tell them the problem, they reassure me that if I send them back that they will replace the size. A month goes by and nothing. I called and was told that the new size is on the way. 2 weeks goes by and I call again, this time I am told that Jegs has a policy that once tires are put on the wheels they are used equipment and I will not be getting the size replacement and will not be getting my money back. I spoke to the manager **** ********** and he was rude and not helpful. Well here we are 4 months into this and they haven’t sent my wheels to me. And every time I call **** he doesn’t answer. So I’m out of my money and wheels. All the while my vehicle missed its body shop appointment because of this debacle. I am beyond frustrated and want an answer. I am about to take legal action. I placed an order for my dad for an oil pump drive shaft, and they immediately charged my card. This order was placed on March 13th. We have yet to see the item that I was charged for. This company is ripping people off. They take your money immediately and never ship the product out. I want my money back!Business Response

If I was to contact ATK directly, why would I not have been provided that information at the very beginning of when my initial complaint addressed directly to Jegs. I will attempt to reach out to ATK as advised, but at this time I still am not satisfied with the response or behavior of Jegs in this matter.

Clear plastic lens cover for a chevy dash 1973-87, this was ordered online on Easter Sunday, 5 mins after ordering it I tried to cancel the order. Jegs was un available, called the next day as they opened, 45 min wait just to be told there was nothing they could do because it was shipped from a manufacturer. I never opened the box and paid to have it sent back. They have received it, I would like my money back without a restocking fee.Business Response

I placed an order with JEGS on Tuesday, March 26th. I hadn’t heard anything about my order as of Saturday, March 30th. So I messaged them and they said my order was shipping direct from manufacturer and it was expected to ship out on Tuesday, April 2nd and that I would receive a shipping email once it shipped. Here it is Tuesday, April 2nd and still no order and no shipping notification. I’ve tried calling several times and tried messaging but can’t get an actual person. I was actually told on the phone that my wait time was 72 hours. Are you kidding me?! So ridiculous. I just want the radio I ordered. I placed an order on 2/20/2024 and the product went to a 3 month back log after I ordered. Call and canceled order on 2/21/2024 and was told I will be credited my $1100. Within 3 days. I ordered a scat forged 383 rotating assembly and website said it will ship in 5 to 7 days. I then get an email two days later saying my order (********) won't be shipped until 7/29/2024. I cannot wait that long. My truck is supposed to go on a TV show may 15th to race another vehicle. So obviously this won't work. Then they left me on hold for over two hours before I could talk to someone who said it's gonna be two weeks before I get a refund. I guess my only mistake was using jegs. Cos now I've got a chunk of change wrapped up in this and I can only spend a specific amount of money and the 1700 dollars there holding is included in my final amount.Business Response

I purchased an engine from Jegs and exhaust headers to fit this engine on December 11, 2023 at a cost of 783.44. I was told by a Jegs sales/ tech that these exhaust headers would definitely work on this engine but they do not fit this engine.
I contacted Jegs and explained the issue but was told I only had 60 days to return them and I was past the 60 days so tuff luck. If this was my mistake I would have no problem with this but I was told by a Jegs employee that these would definitely fit this engine and they dont.
