      I bought four items on 5-7-25 totaling $102.91. I received one item and a week later a second item. I called there support and was told that they had sold items sourced from another vender not knowing if they where even a stocked item! Was told that two items where on back order and had know idea when they would ship. At that time I canceled the order and requested a refund. I then bought the two items from another source. Later the same day was texted by the person I had talked to at Jegs stating that the supplier they had bought the items from had suddenly found the two items and wanted to know if I would like them shipped. I stated that I wanted a refund. Three day later I called the support again inquiring about my refund and was told they where waiting on me to otherize shipping or refund. The next day I received an email stating they had issued a account credit for $42.88, and less than at least half of the shipping of $15.99 they charged. Was told that they charge and keep all shipping no matter if you receive your order or not! Any one ordering any thing from Jegs beware.

      Jegs sent me a hood through R&L truck line one corner of the box had been run over by forklift tire the other corner had the forks of the forklift run through the box, the box was wide open on both sides and looked like it had been drug through h*** backwards. Jegs nor R&L truck line wanted to make this right.other than a refund after 10 days. Neither company has a customer ********************** department that gives a rip. Wouldn't use either company unless it a last resort.

      Ordered a part on Nov 14th and a week later I received an email stating they did not have the part in stock and it had to be made from the manufacturer. I waited a few more weeks and received a *** date of Dec 25th. Today is Dec 24th and I gave them a call and was told there is no *** date and the manufacturer hasnt even made the part yet.

      Do not order a caster camber gauge. Wont last a full season and they are helpless they dont care about you or your money.

      I spent near $7000 with these guys and had problems numerous times. The one that got me the worst is a set of headers that they told me I would have to modify after I already purchased them. I’m modified them and they would not compensate me for the Hours of trouble. I wish more people would leave their reviews for companies like this. Customer service was terrible. I will not spend another penny with these thieves.

      So to all my friends in the racing world this is how jegs does business I won't ever buy anything from them again. Ok a few weeks ago I ordered these from jegs. Supposed to be a set of 8 sbf kb116 piston. They are still listed for 335 dollars. When they showed up they were a v6 ***** set. Sat on hold for a hour with customer **********************. They said send them back and they would send me the correct set. They sent me the correct ones I was happy until I realized they charged another 154 bucks. Sat on hold for another hour for them to tell me that even tho it's there mistake that its ok for them to charge without authorization. I really feel like bait and switch. They told me I can send them back and wait for a month and get a refund. I said I'll keep them and will never buy from jegs again.

      Customer ********************** is terrible. I have no idea what happened to these guys but I placed my last order today. I used to buy parts from them, the wait times and the terrible customer **********************. I think ****** has the market cornered. Im over them. If you are thinking about buying any parts, call Summit racing. Customer ********************** is fast and very respectful. JEGS just isnt what it used to be.

      Really sorry service. Had to wait 45 minutes on the phone for technical support. Then when I ordered a part, I was transferred to another number and told I was the 28th in the queue. I gave up waiting. Now, I need to return this part because is was misrepresented at being "universal" to fit any vehicle. It does not. Now they are making me pay $16 ***** fee to return it, but trying to check out on their website and IT DOES NOT WORK. Very frustrating. I will never do business with these people again.

      I would not do business with this vendor again. I ordered an exhaust, over 1k that after over 2 months did not arrive. Very poor communication, and basically a lack of interest in trying to resolve the issue. Original order was on June 23rd, as of September 11, I have not received the item.

      Jegs hands-down, the worst company I have ever dealt with. I returned a product that I never received. Paid $144.28 for this product on June 6 of 2024. By June 20 I have not received a credit on my card. After waiting a hour to talk to their customer service I asked the operator why I haven’t received a refund. She told me that the product was lost in transit. Then she said to me, I will refund your money. I said great, and waited for the refund on June 24. I received my refund, but it was only for $129.29. so this is something that their Internet cannot help me with so I have to call customer service again. First time I called I was 60 in line to talk to a customer service agent. I called again and waited for two hours and one minute. I spoke briefly to the customer service agent told her what the problem was and then she hung up on me. My suggestion to you is to go through Summit racing. Never had a problem with them, you call Customer Service and you get an agent right away. It really said something about the company when they have people calling constantly to their customer service. Jegs hands-down is the worst aftermarket performance company I have ever had to deal with. Don’t use them, even when you get the product, it looks like it’s been through a gorilla orgy. I will never use this company again. I can’t stress that enough.!!
