      This is the worst company ever to deal with. I purchased the front and back coil over kit from them around summer time last year. Come to find out, they sent me the wrong kit for the rear suspension once I towed my car to get it installed. So I call and ask to make an exchange for the correct kit (yes I know it’s policy you can’t return or exchange within “x” amount of time) but they sent the wrong kit in the first place. Its brand new fresh out the box, I just needed an exchange and they gave me so many issues. From Stephanie to whoever Rob is from customer service. I’m unsubscribing from the email list and never ordering another part from jegs.

      Don't trust their website. I ordered a radio that was advertised to fit my make and model of car. I paid the dealership to put it in just to find out it didn't fit and had to then pay them to take it out. **** said on the website it says click here for more details... then you go to a page that says click here for even MORE details... finally you go to a page that says click here to see if this will fit your car. You have to print out a PDF and send it in. BUT on the first page of the website is says which make and model of cars it fits so why would anyone keep clicking and send it that paper? What a huge waste of money.

      We purchased a Cargo Carrier for our vehicle. After putting it together and setting it on the car the latches popped open and the locks failed with the first gust of wind. When we inquired about the problem with the manufacturer they informed us that this carrier wasn't made for our car. They also said that **** should have had the information on their web site. Jegs will only say that we can return it at our cost, difficult as it is over 5 feet long. They say the information is on the site even though I sent them proof that it isn't. They will take no responsibility for selling something that is unusable and can't be resold as not only is it broken but even if it wasn't, we don't know what vehicles it will fit on. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything. They are not reputable and their customer ********************** is nonexistent.
