      Horrible customer service (if you can even get through to them). "You've reached us during our non-work hours" (tuesday at 11am). Found the one dentist in my area that they accept, and after scheduling several appointments they canceled with no warning.
      Hooooorrrrriibbllleeeee steer clear.

      Horrible. No doctors or dentists will take it. When they do take it, you soon get a bill afterwards saying that Caresource would not pay the charge. When asked why they don't accept it in the first place, the doctor/dentist staff say "they won't pay for anything". It would seriously be better to just have a Health Savings Account and put that amount in every month. The problem for us working poor and lower-to-middle income gig workers and others without employer insurance is that you have to make nothing to get Medicaid (you have to be totally poor, i.e., pretty much not working at all) and yet normal good health insurance that dodcs and dentists are "willing to accept" is too expensive per month if you are operating financially too close to the line as far as paying your bills.
      Marketplace insurance has never been a very viable option. It is simply more money "out" for you with no good return as far as your health care is concerned. One star and completely disgusted. Considering just going without and trying to save a bit of money up instead for emergencies.

      Caresource insurance is not very good. Most dentist practices in the Dayton Ohio area no longer accept CareSource insurance. I am told the reason being they do not approve most dental procedures. My son has impacted wisdom teeth that need to be surgically removed. I couldn't find any oral surgeons in Dayton Ohio that accept Caresource. (CareSource's office is in Dayton Ohio) When I finally found a dentist to see him, CareSource denied the request for his wisdom teeth to be removed. As you know, if you have impacted wisdom teeth, they can push on your other teeth causing much pain and for the other teeth to become crooked. My son wears glasses and when I had his eyes checked this year, I found that Caresource will not pay for lenses at all if glare resistance, transition lenses, or any extras are added. You cannot even pay for the difference. They will not cover the lenses at all if anything is added. My son gets migraine headaches, and the anti-glare and transition lenses help cut back on his headaches. Therefore, I will have to change his insurance. If you are looking at CareSource for your insurance provider, I strongly recommend that you do not choose them. You should look for another provider. I hope this review helps someone.

      Caresource is the most expensive, yet worst insurance I have EVER had in my life. They do not admit when they have screwed up and then put your accounts on hold after you have no balance with them at all. They lie to you on the phone after going through 6 people, and sspending 1 and 1/2 hours on the phone. They locked my RX account and never even mentioned it on this long conversation trying to get their screw up straight. The lock on my RX account in 6/2023 is do to a screw up 18 months ago in 2022. They are fraudulent and I would not recommend them for medical on a snake. They are lower than that!!! Done with them.

      Caresource sucks they won’t even pay for my MRI AND WONT PAY FOR MY MEDICATIONS.
      CARESOURCE IS A JOKE THEY DONT EVEN CARE ABOUT MY HEALTH OR ANYBODYS HEALTH ALL THEY CARD ABOUT IS THEIR STUPID MONEY AND BEING LAZY PEOPLE WHO DONT WANT TO CARE ABOUT OTHER PEOPLES HEALTH.
      CARESOURCE IM TAKING YOU PEOPLE IN COURT AND I BE SUING YOUR BUSINESS AND I HOPE YOU LOSE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR NOT TAKING CARE OF US

      They keep cutting my sons ABA hours , saying he has been on it to long and its basically not working. He is non verbal level 3 autism with epilepsy. How dare they send such a hatful mail to our special needs community. They need a class action lawsuit brought in place and stop the insurance from limiting our kids needed services.

      Customer service is horrible. My calls were always answered by agents in India or The Philippines and I could barely understand them. I'd have to call multiple times to get anything resolved. I switched as soon as I was able. Do not use them!

      This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They cancelled our insurance after speaking with a representative several times regarding our payments. I called several times and there was no answer provided. This company should not be in service at all. The customer service is horrible and they do not know how to communicate with customers. They only hire foreign people in the customer service that cannot speak our language at all. They constantly lied about the bill and did not communicate at all. I would not recommend getting anything from this company as they seem to be insurance scammers.

      Worst company I have ever tried to deal with. I am a rep payee for somebody who gets a certain amount of money to spend every quarter. This is the second year that I have not been able to make sure he takes advantage of this every quarter because none of the links on their website take you take the site to choose the items. You click on it and nothing happens. I call them and sit for hours (literally) with no answer. What happens to the money that you basically steal from the people reliant on this service? It is sad, but not surprising, that this is what the government contracts for people with disabilities. Very disappointed.
