1 starUnfortunately I had the same experience with the (area manager,) Ben. When I said we would like to go a different route and saying “NO” MULTIPLE TIMES and we would consider them in the future - he ignored me and kept talking!! Is that how people are now-a-days??? Extremely rude and disrespectful.
Once he finished his repetitive speech, again told him we were not interested. He ignored me again and pulled out his ipad to show me information to get signed up again. He refused to leave our property and said “I’ll just wait out here, I’ll be right here when you get back.” after I asked that he goes to the other homes to give my husband and I time to discuss which was unprofessional and was a huge turn off as to why we didn’t want to even consider them any longer.
There should be a lawsuit against the Company if these are the kind of tactics they are using. Not only will you lose customers, your business will go under.Greenix Pest Control

1 starRude employee knocked on door to sell product during rain storm.
I said, "No thanks." He said I was being rude. Then he walked off my property via my lawn, not the sidewalk, and he did same with next houses he knocked on doors.
Very rude.
