5 starsGreenix is very thorough. They call before coming out and let me know when they are done so I can check if I so desire. Pleased with their service, especially with Pedro the technician assigned to our property.

1 starLied about service in order for a signed contract. Called on a Saturday and agent confirmed the contract once we gave our credit card info and guaranteen tech would be out by 6 pm that day. They never came because when I called their staff said they closed at 1 pm. Also got the contract incorrect. It was for Interior and exterior .. they only listed exterior. Poor service and untruthful in order to get our business. I will never use them againGreenix Pest Control

1 starIn August of 2023 I had a wasp problem getting into my house through the fireplace. Greenix came out and just did a routine spray, did not take care of my immediate problem. I did have to call them back and get another tech out that actually took care of the problem. Of course being vulnerable, I was persuaded to get a one year contract. During the winter months, they did not take care of rodents, I found out that was extra. I thought spraying for wasps and insects in the winter was a waste of time and my money. Come June 2024, they did their quarterly spray, and 10 days later I notice a hugh wasp nest under my kitchen window. Being Saturday, the only people you can get a hold of is sales and they kept transferring me to service which is not open on saturdays. Complete waste of money, I will not renew this contract when finished.Greenix Pest Control

1 starThese guys come to your door and do not know how to take no for an answer. We have a doorbell, they don't use it. Instead they bang loudly on the door. Then when you tell them you are busy and are not interested, they keep talking. They say something like "Have you been informed about what is going on today?" , so that you think there is some sort of neighborhood situation you should be aware of. Then they talk about a free consultation (that's the big thing that is going on). Again, you say, "Not interested", but they will not go away until you close the door. They say they are "not selling anything", but are offering a "Free consultation", which means they will inspect your property and tell about all the problems they found (whether you have them or you don't) to concern you and make you believe that you need their service. No one comes to your door with a company logo on their shirt unless they are trying to sell you something. Very pestering and annoying. It's ironic that they are a "pest control" company. Would never use them.Greenix Pest Control
