April 2024 entered 1 year contract for pest control. November 2024 added rodent baiting for increased price. Verbal assurance from salesperson that I could cancel this portion at any time without fee or ectending original annual contract. Attempt to cancel today since contract ended in April. Told my contract extended to November *********************************************************************************** and I'd signed the contract and could only cancel by paying $300 cancelation fee. They refused to allow me to speak with anyone supervising the contract manager. She said she was the boss. I would like to ****** the contract since it expired in April and for them to honor their salespersons verbal agreement with me.Business Response

Description:Insect control was the product. There was an initial fee of $100 for first application, then $60/month for one year. I specifically asked the sales person if I can cancel without penalty. He verbally stated that after the payment of the first treatment, I can cancel with no cancellation fee. I cancelled after the first treatment and was told by their customer service Director in ****, that the contract states that there is a $250 cancellation fee if cancelled in the first 12 months. I told him the salesman told me that there wasn't a cancellation fee. ****** told me the signed contract sent afterward the sales visit states there is a fee. I told him this was bait and switch. I signed up with the slick salesman that day. they came out asap to do the service, but did not do the rodent service, that is included in this $64 montly bill. He left a note on his service card saying he would be out that week to do that service. I have yet to see them, I have sent 4 requests via email, and still nothing. I am going to be dropping them soon.This is already a bad sign for me. Non repsonsive CS ****** me off. Finish the job or shut me down, and I will not pay oyu another time. Ill be watching in the future. If you pay for a service, 4 ignored email to customer support and ******************** complaint should not be the standard to get what I paid for.

Problem:
These people are really not a good company. Here I am again because I cant get what I paid(am still paying) for. Why is this such a struggle and where is your customer care? I want my September bug service and *** already stated I am seeing rodent signs in my home now. Im paying for this to be fixed. Im am days away from canceling my service. Finding someone else to provide it and you wont collect anything from me going forward. Im also about to request a charge back on everything Ive spent at this point because youre not providing me with what you promised. By the way my second complaint because its the only thing they respond to.

After repeated contact with this company on our end, the response has been poor. Scheduling is given day of appointment. After repeated requests for further notice, our response was "we can't do that." So getting a call today for our confirmed 8-10apt at 945 with an arrival of 11-2...yeah, frustrating. Came home to find our dog eeting a pesticide cap that was left in our yard. After 5 calls to the company, I only received one answered call that was hung up on. We went with this group after they purchased our existing outfit. Every experience has been poor since. Supervisor response is great, but what they say doesn't translate to real practice.Business Response

Greenix breach of verbal promises Not taking care of the problem that the service was paid for.June 2, ******************************************* sign on an iPad.On June 2, 2025 a Greenix salesman came by my house to sell a contract for insect control for the yard and house. I also told him that I had a construction crew coming to replace all of the cedar on the doormers. There are yellow jackets coming out of a crack in the wood. The salesman said that they could take care of the problem. They would treat today and I should call right before they got here and could treat again. They also promised that they would take care or significantly lower the insect problem of biting flies, small stinging sweat bees, gnats that fly around your head, mosquitos all over, and ants in our landscaping and pool deck. We were told that there was a satisfaction guarantee. We find out later That the satisfaction guarantee last for three days after you signup. What a joke that is. We are retired and spend most of our time in the yard and by the pool. In years past we had to wear insect repellant with deet to be outside. We were told after the treatment that kills the bugs, that would not be necessary. We waited for about a month and the bug problem was exactly the same as last year. We had to wear insect repellant to be outside. I called Pro-support for Greenix and they apologized for the problem and they said they would setup a re-treatment. The re-treatment happened about 1 week later. The tech was here for about 5 minutes and fogged around the house and left. I did ask him about the yellow jacket problem and the construction crew coming. He said if he could not see a hive then there is nothing that he could do. I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for reaching out to attempt a resolution. I reject the offer for the reason of not getting any benefit from the service. The main reason that I signed up was to attempt to keep a construction crew safe from yellow jackets coming out of my dormers that the crew are coming out to replace all of the cedar. The salesman said that they could take care of the issue. When I talked to the last Tech that came out he said if he could not see a hive, there is nothing he could do about it. See my story below:

Well, we waited another week and the bug problem outside was the exact same with biting flies, stinging sweat bees, gnats,mosquitoes and ants. We still have to wear insect repellent. I called Pro support again and told them the whole story and we are definitely not satisfied and would like to cancel and get our money back. They transferred me to a supervisor and they said that the satisfaction guarantee lasted for three days and they are going to charge us $299 to cancel. They immediately charged my credit card $230 and they said my contract is cancelled.

I bought geenix plan for pest control (mosquito and all) in July 2025. Their salesman knocked on my door and made lots of tall promises. One of their key promise was a guarantee of no bite after 20 days of treatment and fair pricing. However the truth is that there treatment is not working and if complained their response is arrogant.
Despite their unsatisfactory service, they are charging every-month which was not clearly mentioned during sale. The worst part is that when I wanted to cancel their services they are threatening to penalize me with a whopping $300 to break the contract which is very unfair. It feels like being held captive.
I want my full refund as their service sucks and their business practice os predatory.Business Response

Greenix had a salesperson selling services door to door in our neighborhood. I told the person that I would be moving within the next year and they told me that I just needed to show proof of selling the house and the month to month service could be cancelled without a problem. I have now sold the house and the company wants to charge me $263.00 to cancel the service. This sale was made on false representation and communication by its sales representative.
In addition, I have continued to have spider and ant issues around the perimeter of my house and they wanted to charge more to come back out and retreat the house when they said that these would not be an issue with their treatments. They are poor service providers and have an unethical business model.Business Response

Today when I was home someone from Greenix rang my video doorbell. I opened my door and talked to someone trying to sell me pest control. I informed him that I had just put my baby down for a nap and now hes ringing my doorbell but he didnt care and went on to try and sell me something. There are No Soliciting signs at every entrance to the neighborhood I live in so you can see how this could be frustrating. He left on his little electric board and went to the neighbors across the street. I saw him open their storm door and try and turn their front door handle. I then got on my video doorbell app and he tried to do the same to my house!! Under no circumstances should you be opening peoples doors and trying to turn the k*** to their front door!!! I think last week someone else from Greenix rang my doorbell because he was also on one of those ****** board things. I cant make out the name of the guy who tried to open my front door today but I have shots of him from my doorbell which Ive included. My family is feeling pretty upset, violated, and unsafe after this interaction.Business Response
