I have called Greenix 3 times to cancel my service, yet they continue to bill me every month. Every time I call the agent assures me that they have cancelled the service and have gone as far to say it wasn't cancelled with my first call due to a "computer problem". The last time I called, I insisted that they email confirmation that my service was indeed cancelled and that is the email attached. Once Again I was charged the following month. When I call they confirm that I have cancelled months ago. At this point, it is clear that they are fraudulently continuing to charge me knowing that I cancelled my service months ago. Services promised by Greenix PC have been ineffective in resolving my pest issues. Therefore, I'm requesting a refund of the money I've spent with them to date (~$600), plus I want the early termination fee of $349 to be removed. The reasons are:1. My ********* bee issue was not resolved by them after multiple attempts. I took care of the issue myself by spraying and replacing the wood where the bees were nesting.2. My ant problem was not resolved by Greenix after multiple attempts. I resolved the issues myself by spraying the areas a few weeks after their last treatment.3. The mosquito and tick application had no effect on mosquitos or chiggers. A guest was severely bitten on the ankles within days after the Greenix treatment.4. Greenix was ineffective at mitigating box elders and lady bugs on the front of the house.Business Response

Called the company twice. Left on hold for 15 minutes to cancel contract. Called back again and was told the account manager would contact me. I need to cancel and this is the 3rd attempt to cancel with only getting the run aroundBusiness Response

I signed up with Greenix to solve the mosquito and bee problem I was having in my backyard. The salesman on the phone assured me they could take care of it and I agreed to the 12 month service starting July 2025. I was told in case the pest activity does not resolve itself I could call for additional services free of charge and they'd send a technician out right away to spray the area again. Between July and August we had the same technician come out 3 separate times and there was no reduction in activity. Myself and my small children are all bitten up and barely go outside anymore due to the bees and mosquitos. I called Greenix to cancel and was informed that there would be a cancellation fee (which ended up totaling $318.81) which was not mentioned to me when signing up for the service. I tried to explain to the representative that the services were ineffective and I'd like to switch companies. She continued offering more "free" services (which are all included in the monthly fee of $74.63) but I was not willing to continue waiting for more ineffective services. Between my husband and I, we ended up speaking with about 5 different representatives, one of which informed me that the cancellation fee could be waived, but I had to call back with us both on the phone. We wasted a lot of time speaking with unhelpful representatives, some of which were very rude. The treatments did not resolve the pest issue and the first representative I spoke to even mentioned bees were not included in my package! Bees and mosquitos were the reason for my call in the first place. I feel like they took advantage of me as a customer and were not truthful in the services they told me they'd provide and therefore I want to dispute this hidden cancellation fee for ineffective treatments.Business Response

We had a sales person come to our door selling their pest control services. Ironically we had been looking for someone to treat our yard. They gave us the quote for $64 so we told them to go ahead. Well a month later we got another $64 charge with no additional service done. When I called to ask about this figuring it was a mistake, they told me what we bought (but was not told about) was a yearly contract at the $64 a month and when I asked to cancel they told me we would have to pay an additional $250. All of this because we bought what we thought was a single treatment. Had we clearly been told what they were claiming to sell we never would have agreed to this or gone along with their pitch. I had a 12 month contract for pest control beginning in August 2024. On July 29, 2025, I called to cancel. I spoke with "Gonzi" and was told that end of contract is 8/16/25 so now out of contract so all good. He asked if I wanted a free treatment on 8/22/25. I specifically stated I did NOT want to be charged for any more treatments. He again stated that it was free. Well here it is September and they have charged my card the monthly amount! I called on 9/22/25 and spoke with someone who I could not understand and asked for a manager. Then the "account manager" ***** got on the phone. He stated that the account was not cancelled in July because I agreed to a service for August and per their contract, the account remains open on a month to month basis. This clearly was NEVER told to me when I called to cancel services in July. There were NO apologies and he would not refund the payment. This is such a shady shady practice. No wonder they offered a "FREE" treatment. Once again, free is not free.Business Response

On July 7 I paid Greenix $493.68 to come to my house as I am having mice issues. I was told that they would seal any places they were getting in and inspect. They put down mouse trap boxes around the house with bait in it. Inside the house they placed cardboard boxes with poison in them. We noticed that those werent doing anything so we called them roughly a couple weeks later. The sent out another tec who added mouse traps which we had done but it didnt help. They charge a monthly fee of $42.69. We have more mice than before they started.Business Response

8/22/2025 door to door salesman selling pest control service. Paid an initial amount, yard treated following day. Nine days later. I contacted the company, requesting to end service as no improvement had been detected. During call, convinced to allow it more time.
Today, again contacted to indicates no improvement has been seen, and informed I would be charged a cancellation fee of $300, and account manager Mala shared that their employee misrepresented their company by stating there was no cancellation fee.

I contacted company for pest control. They offered an appointment for today 9/18/25. They said they could if I gave them a credit card. I did and they charged me within 10 minutes for $170 No one showed up or called so I called and used the local 913 number that transfers to out of the country. The people were impossible to understand and I was wanting a refund. They kept trying to schedule for tomorrow and I refused. They told me it could take 48 hours to process a refund. That was not satisfactory. I am beyond upset and frustrated that they have my card number and money. I am worried.Business Response
