    "Just had a brand new roof and roof vents installed, called ford masonry to tuck point chimney, the owner text me a picture of his workers on roof with a bucket sitting on top of my new roof vent, which smashed it, sent the owner a bill from roofing company, he text a week or too saying he will probably get with me, no response, bad business going on over a month and still nothing, the tuck point job was not good ."
