    this company is a scam they mailed me 2 checks for 1/3 of the replacement cost on my washer and dryer which their repair man could not even open and see the checks were not valid still waiting for replacement for 6 mnts every week is the same stories paid 150 to the service guy and 70 for the bad checks
    this company is fake and scamers

    I've had rental properties for 30 years and I've had at least 8 different warranty companies cover my properties, Of all of the companies that I've used Amazon Home Warranty has been the worse I've had. The do not have enough repair people (because they're so bad?) to send for repairs for days and days. A claim does not get looked at for 48 hrs. It takes them weeks to finish a claim but they are very good at taking your money.

    I have had a claim for over a year now and have been given the same run around. I tried to cancel my warranty but if I cancel then the open claim will be closed and I will never see this check. I spent over $2900 for their warranty service and I put in one claim with a promise of $500 for an oven that they can't fix. I had to spend over 1500$ for a replacement. Called numerous times and sent a bunch of emails and no resolution. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

    This company is a RIP OFF. Do not use this company. They only want your money. Filed a claim on April 5, 2023 as of today, they still have not processed the claim. No approval or any type of correspondence. I have called several times and keep getting the response "as soon as we get an answer from our authorization department, we will give you a call".
    It's been 3 weeks and I'm still getting the same response.
    I'm now in search of another home warranty company.
    BTW, it 1 star the lowest you can give????? They don't deserve 1 star.
    There should be something we can do to get some service or our money back (plus).

    Terrible company. This company will straight put lie you and has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They tout allowing you to choose your own contractor and provide prior approval to pro end with repairs, but will call you several days later (after the work is done and paid for, that they will o ly reimburse you a portion of the work. Customer service has now empowerment to do anything. They tell you to email other departments and that it's no different than what they do. They will lie about escalating to a manager and that the manager will call back. They never do. They say reimbursement takes 4 to 6 weeks. Reality is about 3 to 4 months. You will need to spend countless hours waiting on hold over multiple calls to get no resolution. Don't waste you money. This company could easily be classified as a scam.

    The most awful home warranty EVER! (AHW) now I know why BBB discredited this company. After you paid them for a contract that’s it! you got FUNK or SCAM. Why do you think they are in a lawsuit in Arizona. after I called them for a claim, the technician said” I don’t work for ahw” then you have to wait 48hrs again another 48hrs for approval for you claim. So if you want to waste your time & money get AHW. April. 25,2023

    This home warranty company is nothing more than a SCAM. I have been paying for this service for over two years and when my heating system was down I called to make a claim and the contact number was disconnected. I thought maybe they’re out of business, but then a payment was taken from my account had to contact my credit card company to find out that there was a new contact number. Now a month later after I paid to replace my furnace I’m being charged but can’t place a claim because they didn’t approve the work done. SCAM!

    This warranty service should be out of business! What a waste of time and money! Without going into details because I will not allow this company to continue to stress me out… we paid more than $3,000 in services. After months of getting the run around …We were told we would be reimbursed $499. It took them two months to send the check! THE CHECK BOUNCED! INSUFFICIENT FUNDS!! They gave us some dumb story about an Accounting error and stated they would reissue another check immediately … fast forward and it’s been two months and we have not received a check. I called this week to check the status of our “reissued check” I was told they would research it and call me back. This is freaking ridiculous and I am not sure how they are allowed to stay in business! We have been paying premiums for over 2 years and they cover absolutely nothing!

    Amazon Home Warranty is the worst home warranty company. They find a way to NOT PAID a claim. It is very difficult to talk with anyone. When you file a claim they do not find a repair person. They then allow you to find a repair person and then tell you "oh we can not pay" you claim is unacceptable.
