  Amazon Home Warranty is destroying the name of Amazon. They are nothing but cheaters! For my dishwasher replacement they offered me $239??? And according to them it is the wholesaler price that they can get. I am going to close my account with them and make sure to tell everyone.

  They took unauthorized money from my checking account and refuse to refund it my bank statements are proof this company has been paid every month from the beginning of the contract until present from my social security checks

  Unfortunately, I purchased a three- year contract for two homes and paid completely in advance. I have been on the phone with one of their employees for over an hour to ask why I haven't received a check for a claim that was approved for payment. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she has no supervisor and then proceeded to hang up on me! NOT good customer service. NEVER good customer service. I had filed a claim, it was approved, but I had to find my own contractor because the contractor they gave me the number for said he didn't work for AHW because they don't pay their contractors. I have learned that no contractors in **********, **, will work for them. I have since cancelled my two contracts (2 months in advance of renewal) and am told they will NOT pay the claim which had been approved well in advance of my cancelling. I asked to speak with someone who is in charge! However, it seems there is no one in charge! Terrible way to run a business.

  My washer wasnt working properly so I filed a claim with Amazon home warranty. I filed a claim in hopes of getting my washer repaired. Someone finally came after a month of calling them. The technician reported that my washer needs to be replaced, however, Amazon is only sending me a small amount that wont cover the cost of replacing my washer. I will still be out of hundreds of dollars while paying them my premium bill. This is so not right!

  I can see why theres so many complaints here. If I could give these guys a 0 I would. I called 48 hours ago to have my heat pump fixed during this cold streak. They said I would have a call by a technician to come to the house. So I call today and guess they werent even gonna tell me they supposedly couldnt find a company to do the work. This is complete BS. Funny how I call Im able to get someone here in the morning. I had this same issue in the past and had to pay an electrician myself. Beware of this company.

  This company contracted my company to be a servicer and after completing thousands of dollars of approved work, they will not pay us. We have called, emailed and texted every contact that we have and they tell.us the check is processing for over 5 months as of 10/10/2022. We will be forced to take them to court and *** in order to get paid for approved work that we have authorization numbers and emailed approvals to complete. We take care of the customer and they refuse to pay. We are located in *********, **. Servicer beware, this company is a scam, Amazon ho.e warranty will.never pay you for your work and will steal from you at every juncture. They are thieves, scammers and liars.

  Would give zero stars if possible They left me hanging twice - I had to call my own service provider by the time the provider was able to come fix my dryer my contract was up. The claim was filed while contract was effective. Bad business. Rip off. They dont want to fix it.

  Had my house central air go out in June 2022, called for service, never heard from them in 5 days, called again, they said the couldnt fine anyone in my area to fix it to get my own central air man to fix it, which I did, when I sent the bill to them of $850.00 to repair it they told me it was under warranty and they dont pay for warranty repairs, I had to have a service man remover compresser and repalce it with factory unit, the $850.00 was for him to remover compresser and repace it with new one. they have no way of resolving this problem, they just ignore you ,now that I want to cancel they can't be reached. ****** is a JOKE and thieves. dont buy nothing from them
