  this company is a scam they told me when i first signed they were part of amazon .they dont answer the phones and trying to a repair person out is impossible they are rude and combative this company should be avoided at all cost

  Horrible, we had people they referred come here, take our down payment and never come back when they said they needed something twice. When calling they said we couldn't get a refund, the next fee waived, or anything. Didn't speak good English. Wasn't helpful. He said he would only waive 1 fee if we put in 2 more service request. We called the previous guy back and he complained and said he wasn't doing any more of their tickets because they wasn't paying him as well. Horrible horrible place, buyer beware. I think it's deceiving using the Amazon name... we already had to get a new home warranty place because they said we are stuck in a contract for the next 2 months.

  AmazonHome Warranty (unrelated to the online seller Amazon.com) consistently finds excuses to negate paying for repairs. They would not repair my HVAV, so I'm out $6k. They would not cover my built-in Microwave stating the part has a 10 year LG warranty, but could not say how old my unit is. They would not cover my plumbing repair either, amd refused to send a plumber to analyze the problem. This company should be regulated more closely to protect unsuspecting consumers from their scheme.

  Worst home warranty. Filed a claim to fix a broken washer and paid $75 for the service charge. They asked me to find a technician myself. Once the quote was sent, they said that the repair cannot be done and will reimburse $399 to get a new washer. After two months still waiting for the reimbursement. Every time you call them, they say that it has been escalated to the payment department. However, neither them nor I can reach this department to get an update. Planning on calling them to cancel the account.

  TOTAL RIP OFF WONT PAY CLAIM AND CHARGING $30.00 TO CANCEL DON'T SPEAK VERY GOOD ENGLISH AND GET RUDE WHEN YOU ASK THEM TO REPEAT WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO SAY...

  Do not buy! Terrible. ************* Fraud. Refuses to pay valid claims. Actually told me today that my water heater leak isn't covered because the leak was from the tank. Stupid! Wouldn't cover my AC units because of a few corrosion spots after being outside for 15 years.

  This has got to be the worst ever home warranty program. If ************ is affiliated with this company in any capacity, he should be shaking his head in disappointment. They always come up with excuses that you just don't see coming. I had a problem with my freezer door not closing on my upright freezer. I was told they don't fix anything having to do with the door seals which may or may not be the problem. No one would allow me to even put the claim in. Then I had a leak in the freezer and tried to call the 001 and the **** to put in a service call and to my surprise the numbers are no longer in service. So I found another number **** it rang put you on hold for about 5 minutes to only come back to say: "contact them during their normal business hours. I is ****am. WHAT ARE YOUR NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, AHW? I immediately called my bank to stop all future payments . I would never use their service nor recommend it to anyone. **** poor practices. Bad business all the way around!If i could have not selected a star I never would have .....the worst they are.SMH Ladi *********

  They do not honor their warranty with me. When i needed to have a refrigerator fixed or replaced they wanted information that should have been asked before. Amazon Home warranty is not a reputable company. They are a sham!

  I would have given them a minus 10 star rating if possible.Microwave went out Amazon told me I would have to find a repairman to fix it pay for it myself they would reimburse THAT DIDNT HAPPEN. I ended up buying a new microwave.My washer acted up turned in a claim paid their $75 service call they sent an unqualified repairman out he said the washer needed to be replaced I paid $1495 plus tax for the washer 3 years ago Amazon offered me their *** of $400.to buy a new washer I told them what the washer cost they said this was the most they would offer. They sure dont tell you about how bad they will s**** you after they get your money,If you are thinking of getting a home warranty from Amazon put your wallet in your pocket and run like h***

  raised a claim when there was a problem with AC, the warranty AC tech misdiagnosed it as an electrical problem, the ac person and electrical guy both charged a combined 120$ in service fee, amazon home warranty said this claim is not covered and when i cancelled the policy they charged me for the past months, 10% fee and the money they said they paid to electrical (which was an incorrect diagnosis) and finally i lost the money paid to home warranty and had to get it fixed myself; when you have a problem be prepared to get it fixed yourself...
