  I have filed several claims with their home warranty and they have denied all of them. They have never covered one of my claims. I was not going to renew with them this year but the salesman advised me to word my request differently so I decided to give them 1 more chance. I just had them send someone out to look at my AC and yet again they have denied my claim. I tried to speak with a supervisor and not only was I denied that, the guy hung up on me. Do not do business with this company because they will rip you off!!!

  I purchased a 3 year home warranty from AHW Amazon Home Warranty back in December 2020 for $1350. At the time I thought they were a good company, I now now differently. We started noticing our AC was not cooling like it should. So I contacted a local HVAC company to check it out. They found my compressor was bad, said you can't just replace that because how old it is and will need new outside unit and inside coils. I told him I have Home Warranty so he said I should co tact them. So I files a claim. A HVAC company I had never heard of finally came. The guy looked at it and said same thing as company I had look at it first. So the Tech called AHW and told them issue. AHW person said a leak test needs to be done and they need pictures. SO I paid this HVAC company $300 out of pocket for this along with my $60 service fee. And they sent pictures to AHW. 48 hours later I called AHW and every time you call you get Savanna. I tried to get a manager but she will not let you speak to anyone e else. They finally told me my claim was closed out because my coils had rust on them. I have spoken to a few HVAC guy and they all said all coils will have some rust because of condensation from the coils. Even if I had system checked yearly the coils are nit something that would be Inspected. They are inside closed box. This company is the worst home warranty company I have ever dealt with. I will not be renewing my Contract. Only good thing is they have an old credit card on file that is no good any longer. Have not seen any reveiws where they have paid for any repairs on AC units. I'm not sure how this company is still in business. If I could give them zero stars I would. Wish I knew a way around Savanna but they only have 1 home number. And she very hard to understand. AT least I found a great local HVAC company and got a great price and system is being installed. AHW Amazom Home Warranty is the worst out there stay away. No customer service.

  This company is totally a SCAM!!!
  They delayed time and never paid for anything and closed out all the claims.
  Do not deal with this company!!

  This company is HORRIBLE. I wasted so so much money as I have 4 rental properties. Their intent is to sell not service! Don't even consider using them.
  I was definitely tricked by using the name Amazon! Why are they not closed down and sued by many?

  They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Stay far away from them. They take your money but the promise of 24 to 48 hour’s service is a BIG LIE! I have been without refrigerator now do 4 days!! I will be leaving them as soon as my refrigerator is fixed are replaced!!

  This warranty is the worst kind of people I have dealt with. I don't think they have any intention to be the insurance provider. The Goal statement for this company is how to ***** people over. They took the money upfront saying there is no cancellation fee but when you go to cancel, fees are attached to it. It's a money-swindling scheme. Even if you have a problem with your appliance, it will not repair it and will find ways to avoid it. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. I made a mistake and I hope anyone who reads this can stay away from them as much as possible.

  I am a vendor for this company and they will not pay me for jobs that were successfully completed. I would not suggest working for them in any way.

  We have had this company for 3 years and the last 2 claims I filed have been the worse. I filed a claim for a simple $250 garbage disposal on 05/15/23 today is the 31st and I have gotten nowhere with this company. When you call they won't let speak with a manager. They keep saying my claim is in review. "REVIEW FOR WHAT" !!! They said they've been trying to call the contractor and he's not answering the phone, funny how every time I call the contractor he answers on the first ring. These people are liars. The customer service agents are rude and could care less about your frustrations. This will be the last month we have this service IM OVER IT!!

  Garage door opener was broken. They said they have a repair person who stated they could come out in 2 weeks. When I told them that would take too long Amazon stated I could hire my own repair person. I paid $200.00 to my repair person. My repair person emailed Amazon the problem/parts required. After 2 days Amazon stated they are mailing a check for $90.00 in 3 or 4 weeks. What ever happened to repair or replace as Amazon Home warranty states.
