1 starThis company is an absolute nightmare to deal with! We ordered a dumpster, and sure, it arrived on time, but that's where the smooth sailing ended. When we needed a second, larger dumpster, it was like pulling teeth to get it delivered. Despite scheduling it for Friday, it didn't show up until Monday, leaving us high and dry with work crews waiting around unable to dispose of debris. And when the darn thing finally arrived, it was the wrong size! The delivery driver promised to sort it out later that day, but surprise, surprise, that never happened. So here we are, stuck with a driveway full of trash for almost two weeks! And now, on top of all this chaos, they have the gall to hit us with a $100 charge for extending our rental? What a joke! This company is nothing but a bunch of shysters and frauds. Save yourself the headache and steer clear—I wouldn't touch them with a ten-foot pole!Budget Dumpster

******, Our team has issued a credit to account for the delivery day. We have confirmed that the dumpster size ordered was the size delivered; thus no adjustments were needed. 5 starsVery easy to work with as to schedule. I had to call for a delay because of extensive tornado damage the day before delivery and they put my delivery on hold and rescheduled for later. Excellent service!!Budget Dumpster
