  The builders showed up at 8:15 am.
  They were completely done with the garage at 2:15 pm. I thought that was way to quick. When I was checking out their work I realized how nice and sturdy it is. They were super and I will highly recommend them.

  We do not know how this company exists. From wanting $1,000 cash from Patrick should've been a red flag to Diane who said our address didn't exist to the owner Michael who couldn't remember if they poured the cement. Unorganized and unprofessional runned company. BEWARE!!! We lost that $1,000 but well worth it to be rid of these people!

  In regard to asking for a deposit!Everyone in the industry ask for a deposit and we accept cash check and credit card.
  It is not unusual for things not to be updated on the county website, but most properties do not have a survey on file so there may have been many reasons for the one day-delay.
  As far as Mike not sure about the concrete being poured, if he was on the road or on a job site, he may not have had access to the 40 jobs folders we can be working on at any given time.
  I am sorry that this customer is not happy with the communication. But we build a beautiful garage.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Too much has happened for me to keep it to the 200 word minimum. After reading all of the reviews online, I know they will deny everything they said "verbally", so I'm not going to go into it. I just wish in the end they would have done the right thing and taken some responsibility. They have taken none for their mistakes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on a lot of questions I had. Follow your gut! The only reason I am writing this, is because I would never want another family to go through what we are going through. I really wish we would have just googled the company before we started. There are TONS of stories on this company not doing the right thing. So sad.

  I have read this complaint several times and have yet to find a compliant that can be addressed. The content is all personal opinion. If the Homeowner would like me to address the issue that have made him so unhappy, I deserve to be able to try and resolve any problems. This platform was design to address issue with product or service.

  I will add specifics so that the company can address the complaint. The company poured footers and concrete that wasn’t to code with our city for the garage we wanted built. The drawings that were turned into the city were not the drawings that we wanted. No one came to meet with us to go over the drawings. We were not aware of what was turned into the city. Therefore. We had to pay for concrete that won’t work for what we want built.
