5 starsI give New Creation Builders 5 stars. Thank you for an excellent job building my garage. One of the hardest things to deal with in my opinion is the city permit, but they take of the process. The rest is a matter of patience with material delivery, scheduling, weather, etc, but I have no complaints. They did an excellent job all around (four ft footings and foundation, building the garage and clean up). I would recommend New Creation Builders to anyone with plans to build in the future.Review fromTara B

5 starsI don’t think I could have picked a better company to go with when building my garage. These gentlemen literally came in at 9AM and built a 20 x 20, 2 car garage and was gone for my property at 12:45PM .. they supplied all of the material, so it was really no hassle on my end. I will recommend them to any and everybody, that’s how great and fast they work is.

5 starsOverall very happy with our experience. ******* in sales was very clear in explaining the process and of the quotes we received was the most prepared during his site. *** times for supplies are unavoidable but the team worked diligently and the speed in which they got the job done with the degree of quality was outstanding. Their price is as competitive as anyone’s. If you are in the market for a new garage I highly recommend.New Creation Builders

5 starsMy garage is a few years old, and I love it. The process from start to finish was easy, and, I able customize some options like adding shelves to the back wall. This helps me keep my garage super organized. If I had to do it again, I would choose New Creation Builders.New Creation Builders

1 starTerrible customer service! After you give them a deposit, they don’t call you back or they don’t text you back. It starts with the salesman Patrick at first he’s good and then he refused to text back. We wanted a couple of add-ons three windows and another door. Nothing until it goes to Diana. Again at first, she responds to questions and then it’s radio silence. Third point of contact was Michael the owner. He was worse he would only text back when he felt like it and we never got complete answers. Meanwhile, the demo crew, materials were just showing up out of the blue with no ahead notice. The concrete pad was poured again without any advanced notice or us being onsite. After five months, the Amish finally showed up, with no warning. They did an excellent job, however. After all said and done, we gave up on the windows and door because at the time of building the price had doubled. Amish builders were top notch, company is terrible.New Creation Builders

1 starI would not use this business or recommend them to anyone. Their salesman did a great job of getting us to sign contract and make a $1000 deposit. We never heard back for install and made multiple attempts to discuss setup. We lost $1000 and still have no garage.New Creation Builders

5 stars**** did 100% what he was supposed to do as a licensed contractor. He took care of all the problems that arose during the build and did it timely. You couldn’t ask for a better stand up contractor. All materials were delivered and everything was ready for the builders upon arrival. This is my second build with this company. Both builds were 100% great. That’s why I came back again for this build.New Creation Builders

3 starsOnce it started it went pretty smoothly, even when inspection had some push back they worked to make sure it was done. They came back out when I asked to fix some cement with no issues. My only cons are there are some nails sticking out that could have been done better.
Now we haven’t gone thru a winter yet so I’m hoping no issues but so far with all the rain there is no leaking.
The electrician was very easy to work with, appreciated it.New Creation Builders
