1 starOur new Roof was put on November 8th, 2019, it was a complete tear off. We advised Mr. C******* to fix any damage he finds on the roof. He said Amish people would put on new roof, Amish did not work on roof. After work was finished we complained, that on the back right side of roof the shingles were dipping and wavy. He said it wasn't his problem. Then we started having leaking on the inside of our home. In the back bedroom, and in the dinning room. He finally sent out a contractor in the area to put putty around the Vent pipes. Contract said vent pipes were not properly sealed and nails were not sealed. After another inspection, the whole roof is wavy and dipping. Mr. C******* told me to wait after we have a bigger storm to see if problem is fixed and another time told me that we don't run air conditioning, which we have fans running all the time. He told me that it was to far for him to travel to inspect our roof. I sent Certified Letter and he didn't reply, I finally called and he said he didn't receive letter, I said it was sign for, then he asked for the address of the property, I told him its on the letter. I am done with him, all I want is the money we paid, so that I can have the roof fixed properly. And I do not trust him to fix the roof. I am asking for The $6,000.00 we paid. This will not cover the inside and outside repairs that has to be done. Please help me, I have been going back and forth with him since May of this year. On our contract it states there is a 10 year warranty on labor. I don't even want to give them a 1 star, they don't deserve it. *** *** **** ***** ********Review fromJill S

5 starsI was told the project potentially would get started sometime around June or July. On August 1st, I hadn’t heard anything so I reached out to them. They said they would come out right away. As soon as I informed them the material wasn’t at my house they made sure to have it there the next day. They were at my house within a few days. It took two days to pour the cement because a big storm. However after the cement was poured they didn’t come out for a week, not sure if this was for curing. I had to call to double check when they were coming back out so I could schedule the electrician. Once we figured out the day for the final build, everything was smooth sailing; it was done by the time I got home from work. The garage is beautiful.

Thank you for taking time to give us a positive review. Yes after the concrete is poured it will sit for a week to be cured . Normally after the concrete slab is poured you will be schedule for build in about 2-3 weeks for the Amish to build your garage. Our Amish are scheduled to build a garage a day. 5 starsI have nothing but great things to say about these guys! First, my job started sooner than expected (which was great for me). Secondly, they were all so professional and tidy. Lastly, my entire project took less than 2 weeks to complete. That included the demo of an existing brick 2 car garage and the new build of a 3 car garage IN ABOUT 8 HOURS! 5 starsWe recently used Amish Garage to replace our aging garage, and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new build. We were so impressed with their work ethic and efficiency! The process was seamless, from the tear down to putting up the new structure. Within 6 hours of arriving to install, we had a brand new, beautiful 2-car garage. 1 star****** ************ *** I contracted with this company to build a garage for my 88 year old father. the company did not show up for the Architectural Review Board meeting. I was there and sat in for the meeting. The information the company supplied was full of mistakes including the wrong google site map. Different house completely. Diane lied to me about being at the meeting. Because of there incompetence I was unable to get a go ahead. I have repeatedly asked for a refund of my 1,000.00 deposit which they have refused. I would hope no one will use this company in the future. I've been in business for 43 years and this company is not to be trusted.New Creation Builders

Hi, *****. Sorry things did not go as planned. Sometimes the best well laid plans of mice and men go afoul. When you signed your contract you understood that your $1000 dollars was not refundable according to the contract you signed and going to be used for the plans and permit and the Architectural board as well. Sorry Diane missed your meeting it was a scheduling error. We have reached out to you numerous times offering discounts for your trouble. You refused to work with us tied our hands . Every so often when things don't go the way we want them to we just put on our big boy pants and try to work things out. We are still here ready to build your garage and your $1000 dollars will be applied to any garage you want to build.Review fromSteve H

5 starsThis was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. Patrick came across as honest . I gave a $1000 deposit. Im glad I did. My old brick garage was hauled away and the new pad poured in 2 days . About a week later the new garage was completely built in 6 hours . This includes siding , gutters, etc. . Their prices beat all the other estimates I received by at least $3000 . I highly recommend this company.New Creation Builders

5 starsPatrick made the signing process simple and was very straightforward. Quality work completed by the Amish and it was absolutely amazing watching them build. True talent. Highly recommend their contracted electrical services too! The ONLY regret I have is I didn’t build a little bigger…. And that’s my fault!!! Thank you for excellent work!
For those of you on here complaining… work isn’t free-obviously there’s a deposit!!! A company has more than just your one job! Cut them some slack! I admit it wasn’t the quickest but Michael was very transparent when I shot him a text. I had some patience and the garage came out beautiful!New Creation Builders
