I signed a contract with New Creation Builders on April 9, 2025 for a new 2 car garage. The last time actual work was done at my property was June 20 (2 months ago).
Was told via text by the PM that my garage would be built the end of July or the beginning of August 4-5. It is not August 21, and nothing.
I have paid 10,2000 (first installment) to have only concrete. I need a garage and this contract honored.

New Creation Builders drew up a contract to pour concrete for a driveway for $4368. A $500 down payment was made and the rest financed. Now I am being sought after by another company they hired to help them that has nothing to do with our original agreement for $772. This secondary company is coming after me because they cannot get the money from the original company. They have put a lien against my property for something I had no knowledge of for the $772. In order to remove the lien I must pay the $772.Business Response
