      Called Roto-Rooter for a clogged toilet. The tech Nick arrived on time and was very professional. I was extremely happy with the service and the warranty.

      It is never fun to have plumbing problems less than a month after purchasing your home. It was unfortunate but the speed of service and quality of work performed by Roto-Rooter was top notch. The plumber was professional and explained the repair in detail before performing the work. This work was completed on a Saturday and I was pleased to find out that the flat rate pricing is 7 days a week, no additional fees or hidden costs.
      I would recommend them especially when other companies mention charges for showing up and special rates for evenings and weekends.

      On time, clean, proficient and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Showed me on video what caused my issue and what could be done to fix the problem, had clean outs installed and a liner placed on my main sewer line, solving my future issues.
      Wanted to say from the first call to the dig crew and the field supervisor, top notch every step of the way, thank you Roto-Rooter.

      I had Roto Rooter out at my home ant he Service Tech was very polite, knowledgeable, It was a little more expensive than I thought it would be, but they came out within 2 hours of my call. The other companies could not come out for days. Great service , highly recommend.

      I used Roto Rooter for some water damage that we had from a broken pipe in our wall. The restoration team was very friendly and knowledgeable and even took the time to get everything handled with my insurance. Would definitely recommend this service
