  Definitely should have read the reviews on this company... Numerous calls and emails till I became a client; once a client, the customer service is horrible. I was not fully informed of their billing and asked via email, calls, messages to cancel my subscription since it did not benefit my small business. I was told "No"; that I signed a 12 month agreement. I highly DO NOT recommend this company for bids. There are other platforms that are cheaper with better service than this.. Please do your research...

  I contacted them to see how the system work, after that, I was received calls at least 3 er week. I finally signed up and they said they were going to do a training for me to learn how to use the software . I never received the training , I called , I emailed them and I never received a call or email to assist me . They said first that the salesman wasnt working in the company anymore , and the last week I spoke with them and the girl said somebody was going to call me . Ive been paying for almost a year and I still havent received nor used the software I want my money back and I need all those emails stop coming to my inbox

  Horrible costumer service, tried to make a switch of coverage area, have to speak with someone over the phone, no answer the first time, second time transferred 3 times and got a voicemail, they hound you to join and upgrade but you want to make a change or try to cancel which all needs to be done over the phone they ignore you. online chat people disconnect several times and don't help unless you are upgrading. Costumer's should be able to change the coverage area online and cancel online, now I have to wait until they call me back to cancel yea I am sure they will get right on that.

  I wish I had read the reviews on this company before being scammed and tricked in signing up. This company is a complete joke. I was told that the program was $2000 for the year but if I wanted to pay quarterly to try it out, then cancel after the first quarter I could definitely do that. So after not seeing any progress with this program the first quarter I emailed to cancel my account (was ignored), talked to a sales rep named Logan who tried to convince me I was not canceling my account because I’m locked in for a year (wrong). So now they send me non stop emails about a payment. Per law they have to delete my information off their platform. So I will be monitoring this because if they do not, I’ll have to seek legal help. NEVER SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY PEOPLE. TOTAL SCAM. Moving forward, before I sign up with any company I will always check their reviews. Lesson learned.

  construct connect they are fast to sell
  after you pay. The seller person desapear
  and leave you out side of information
  to sell they offered all kind off help that I will need
  after the payments forget it about the project are not a real
  when I Called to a cliente that they shared a information
  saying the person was on charge of the project or a managers
  almost of then doesn't answer the phone and when they
  answered they have no idea what we are talk about
  so the project is not true project
  I want to cancel my subscription but no luck at all
  there is not costumer care to make easier to cancell
  I paid almost 800 for nothing
  very unfair company'

  Construct Connect stole money from us by overcharging our credit card and refusing to refund.
  They also changed the way their program worked rendering it useless to us and continued to charge us making no efforts to repair.
