    I think Construct Connect is a total rip off, I bought a perpetual license for ********* (1595.00 US) 3 years ago and now if I want to use the software in the future I have to pay for a maintenance plan else I am unable to activate it, so I say ***** you Construct Connect I will never deal with you again.

    i took out a subscription. i am familiar with reading blue prints. however the information needed to bid a job for spray foam isnt available with the info provided. so having this subscription is a complete waste of the money i paid.

While spray foam is not a product likely to be specified within blueprints, there is still plenty of value to be had from ConstructConnect’s robust database of construction projects. Ashlyne R****, your account manager, will assist you in finding the spray foam insulation searches she created for you so you can call the associated contacts to form that connection and submit your bid.     I would leave a zero star review if that was possible.We decided to give this company a go a year ago because we thought we would benefit from the leads. We didn't and the way the system works didn't suit our timeframes. We didn't know there was an automatic renewal and they charged us for another year. We called right away and apparently the only way to cancel was to reach out to our sales rep (*******************).We've been trying to reach him by phone, voice mail and emails since January 2024, it's already March and still impossible to get a hold of this person.We wish we looked at the reviews before signing up for this SCAM!

    Avoid Conectconnect to protect your finances. Despite signing up for their software and paying approximately $4800, I was never informed about the auto-renewal by the salesperson.On October 26, 2023, I received an email notification charging me another ~$4800 for the renewal. I promptly responded within less than 2 hours, stating that I did not authorize the transaction and requesting the cancellation of the subscription.Unfortunately, after 4 months, I have not been able to secure a refund, despite requesting cancellation just 2 hours after the charges were made. I find myself almost $10,000 deep in what seems to be a scam, having never used the service.

    they fommosed a goose with me. Told me i could sign up for 3 months to see if i liked it and just canceled and even had that for the payment method then hit me with the you signed a 12 month contract when I left was told very rudly yeah I can cancel this in october.

    We are not happy to hear about your dissatisfaction with the interface. While we offer quarterly payment plans, we only sell annual subscriptions that require signature. We would like the opportunity to work with you more closely to ensure that you get the most out of the platform in your remaining 9 months.     None of the projects are viable and we paid $2000. They will not return our money and no one is helping us use the software anymore.

    They only responded because I reached out multiple times and left a review on BBB We have not made a single dollar from the $2000 we spent and there are no good leads for my company. I would not suggest hiring this site.

    At ConstructConnect, we were surprised to hear about ******************** frustrations. Her Account Manager reached out to her to help to better understand and resolve the issues she has been experiencing. Together, they discussed how to search the database in a few different ways to optimize her specialized trade area. Additional one-on-one training was offered and is being considered by the customer. **************** appreciated the outreach and will adjust her search approach as discussed. Should she need additional help, she promises to reach out to her Account Manager if necessary.

    Definitely should have read the reviews on this company... Numerous calls and emails till I became a client; once a client, the customer service is horrible. I was not fully informed of their billing and asked via email, calls, messages to cancel my subscription since it did not benefit my small business. I was told "No"; that I signed a 12 month agreement. I highly DO NOT recommend this company for bids. There are other platforms that are cheaper with better service than this.. Please do your research...

    I contacted them to see how the system work, after that, I was received calls at least 3 er week. I finally signed up and they said they were going to do a training for me to learn how to use the software . I never received the training , I called , I emailed them and I never received a call or email to assist me . They said first that the salesman wasnt working in the company anymore , and the last week I spoke with them and the girl said somebody was going to call me . Ive been paying for almost a year and I still havent received nor used the software I want my money back and I need all those emails stop coming to my inbox

    Horrible costumer service, tried to make a switch of coverage area, have to speak with someone over the phone, no answer the first time, second time transferred 3 times and got a voicemail, they hound you to join and upgrade but you want to make a change or try to cancel which all needs to be done over the phone they ignore you. online chat people disconnect several times and don't help unless you are upgrading. Costumer's should be able to change the coverage area online and cancel online, now I have to wait until they call me back to cancel yea I am sure they will get right on that.
