    Attempted to cancel multiple times, and was still automatically charged for renewal. Reached out to customer service, who disregarded my concerns and continue to give me the run around. As a small business owner, I am appalled at the lack of communication and response to customer concerns. Buyer beware!!

    This review is only for Kelsey E****** our previous account manager, with ConstructConnect. Kelsey was awesome to work with and so far, so is Allison A********* Both of these ladies make using the software so less intimidating than it would normally appear. The ConstructConnect product is a blessing for any company who takes the time to use it and understand it's capabilities. It is very user friendly, but like anything else, if you don't use it weekly, you can run into issues with learning the filters. This is where the support team and skill of your account manager really comes into play. Both Kelsey and Allison are sharp and intuitive when it comes to understanding your business needs and what you are attempting to draw from the system. I know I would not have had the same success using the software without the assistance and skill of Kelsey and Allison.

    When used correctly, this is an efficient service. Both public and private listings. This service may not be for every business, for us it works well. This service allowed us to find projects and contact details for tender projects. If your business is not familiar /capable with tendering process, this software is not for you. As a growing electrical contractor we had success.

    Terrible Company to deal with. You sign for a year, and they automatically renew. When you try to cancel, they are always in meetings. When you finally do, they keep the 12-month fee they charged ahead for the next year. Our plan was one year, and they told us it had to be in writing 30 days ahead, or they keep the whole new year's fee.

    You're correct, our terms state that we require a 30 day written notice for cancellation so we have adequate time to process your request. If you submitted this written notice, could you please send a screenshot to ************************************** We will investigate your request further after reviewing your message.
    In the meantime, your Customer Success Manager is available to provide additional training to ensure you get your return on investment. From your account I can see that you did not partake in the free training that we offer to new users, I highly recommend going through this training. Is there a better email address to send you notices about your renewal and training?

    I think Construct Connect is a total rip off, I bought a perpetual license for ********* (1595.00 US) 3 years ago and now if I want to use the software in the future I have to pay for a maintenance plan else I am unable to activate it, so I say ***** you Construct Connect I will never deal with you again.

    i took out a subscription. i am familiar with reading blue prints. however the information needed to bid a job for spray foam isnt available with the info provided. so having this subscription is a complete waste of the money i paid.

While spray foam is not a product likely to be specified within blueprints, there is still plenty of value to be had from ConstructConnect’s robust database of construction projects. Ashlyne R****, your account manager, will assist you in finding the spray foam insulation searches she created for you so you can call the associated contacts to form that connection and submit your bid.     I would leave a zero star review if that was possible.We decided to give this company a go a year ago because we thought we would benefit from the leads. We didn't and the way the system works didn't suit our timeframes. We didn't know there was an automatic renewal and they charged us for another year. We called right away and apparently the only way to cancel was to reach out to our sales rep (*******************).We've been trying to reach him by phone, voice mail and emails since January 2024, it's already March and still impossible to get a hold of this person.We wish we looked at the reviews before signing up for this SCAM!

    Avoid Conectconnect to protect your finances. Despite signing up for their software and paying approximately $4800, I was never informed about the auto-renewal by the salesperson.On October 26, 2023, I received an email notification charging me another ~$4800 for the renewal. I promptly responded within less than 2 hours, stating that I did not authorize the transaction and requesting the cancellation of the subscription.Unfortunately, after 4 months, I have not been able to secure a refund, despite requesting cancellation just 2 hours after the charges were made. I find myself almost $10,000 deep in what seems to be a scam, having never used the service.
