  They said their software was super easy to use and they were gonna do on boarding with me. When I did on boarding. I could not understand the guy. There is too much chatter in the background. I could not literally make out anything what he was saying besides the price and they can guarantee that the software was very easy to use. This software is very hard to use this is not fit our business at all. Im very dissatisfied with this. I do not like being lied too once they get your money they treat you like REMOVED I will be submitting this to the state.

  I am not happy with the service and they lied about their leads which are outdated Im a plumbing contractor and there take off software is not set up for my profession and when I signed up I was told that I could use it but I need training but the problem is that they only have training in the morning from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm and you dont find out until after you pay for service that is very expensive and the dates that they have open are pass your 14 day trial and I still cant get a refund. Please beware of this service they are a scam scammer did I say scam please do get ripped off like I did.

  THE LEADS i RECEIVED WERE ONLY A FEW DAYS TO BID ON AND THEY WHERE WAY AWAY FROM MY LOCATION, NONE CLOSE TO MY LOCATION. COULD NOT GET WITH MY REMOVEDKEPT LEAVING VOICEMAILS AND AND NOTHING, I RECEIVED MORE RESPONSE FROM CRICKETS. TRY AND CANCEL AND THEY KEEP CHARGING MY CARD. THEY ARE CROOKS, ONLY WANT YOUR MONIES AND NO HELP.

  This company is a joke. Promised leads, which were outdated, walk throughs already past date, program difficult to function. Auto renewal was never received by our company, which was 4 times the cost of our intial promised cost. Contacted customer service, no help. Contacted cancellation department and spoke with REMOVED. He was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Auto renew was deducted from my account without authorization.

  I appreciate your willingness to address my concerns. We have reached out to customer service and have received no satisfactory response. A resolution for our company would be a refund of the unauthorized account deduction you made from my banking account. There is no documentation of any email regarding renewal. Again, appreciate you addressing my concern.

  I was promised the world with ConstructConnect. They mentioned there would be hundreds of jobs for me to bid on, so in the beginning, I was very confident in the service. However, after a few weeks, I noticed I had already bid on all the jobs offered but was nowhere near the "100" they promised. With that being said I was still willing to give the company a shot. I attended a job walkthrough for a large playground, and when I introduced myself and stated my affiliation, they mentioned that they don't work with third-party companies like ConstructConnect. This happened 3 times, and after the second time I reached out to the company, complaining this is not what I signed up for, and they refused to cancel my membership. STAY FAR AWAY NOT SURE HOW THEY GOT A+ rankings.

  This company takes advantage of long-term customers while price gouging. If you're contract expires or wanted to pause the service, they say the contract is null and void. If you want to sign up again after being a customer for years, they then say you need a new contract. Nothing has changed accept for their prices in the tune of 50% to 100% more.. Bad business. Think twice before investing in this company.

  ConstructConnect’s service is poor to mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the money. BEWARE of their deceptive auto renew policy. They bait you into trying out the service for a lower price then automatically charge you a much higher price at the end of the trial. The cancellation process is difficult causing the customer to be trapped in the higher surprise renewal fee.

This allows the cancellation to make it's way through the proper channels before the renewal date. Would you mind clarifying what product you were trialing?   When we signed up with them they offered a certain product that we wanted. As soon as we paid they no longer offered that product. We stated that that was why we went with them. They did not try to make it right only stated that it was an additional $2000.00 for that product. We decided to stay because we had already paid. We submitted for bids and never heard back from any of the contractors whether we got the job or not. We were recently charged for the next year. When I canceled (1 day after they charged us, which was a Saturday) they refused to refund us the money. Very poor customer service. I DO NOT recommend this company. If I could leave a negative star I would.

  I do not recommend this product to anyone they sell it very well, But once you start using you will realize you have made a huge mistake. Bid Walks coming after the fact or you get Invitations with the wrong Trade info that doesn't relate to your trade. I started complaining and sending emails to contentcase so I can build up a case. I didn't land one Job to make up for the amount I was paying I had to find a way and I did once I blocked the charges at that point they wanted to help me make it better I said its to late your people try to assist but the platform is just weak.
