  I was promised the world with ConstructConnect. They mentioned there would be hundreds of jobs for me to bid on, so in the beginning, I was very confident in the service. However, after a few weeks, I noticed I had already bid on all the jobs offered but was nowhere near the "100" they promised. With that being said I was still willing to give the company a shot. I attended a job walkthrough for a large playground, and when I introduced myself and stated my affiliation, they mentioned that they don't work with third-party companies like ConstructConnect. This happened 3 times, and after the second time I reached out to the company, complaining this is not what I signed up for, and they refused to cancel my membership. STAY FAR AWAY NOT SURE HOW THEY GOT A+ rankings.

  This company takes advantage of long-term customers while price gouging. If you're contract expires or wanted to pause the service, they say the contract is null and void. If you want to sign up again after being a customer for years, they then say you need a new contract. Nothing has changed accept for their prices in the tune of 50% to 100% more.. Bad business. Think twice before investing in this company.

  ConstructConnect’s service is poor to mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the money. BEWARE of their deceptive auto renew policy. They bait you into trying out the service for a lower price then automatically charge you a much higher price at the end of the trial. The cancellation process is difficult causing the customer to be trapped in the higher surprise renewal fee.

This allows the cancellation to make it's way through the proper channels before the renewal date. Would you mind clarifying what product you were trialing?   When we signed up with them they offered a certain product that we wanted. As soon as we paid they no longer offered that product. We stated that that was why we went with them. They did not try to make it right only stated that it was an additional $2000.00 for that product. We decided to stay because we had already paid. We submitted for bids and never heard back from any of the contractors whether we got the job or not. We were recently charged for the next year. When I canceled (1 day after they charged us, which was a Saturday) they refused to refund us the money. Very poor customer service. I DO NOT recommend this company. If I could leave a negative star I would.

  I do not recommend this product to anyone they sell it very well, But once you start using you will realize you have made a huge mistake. Bid Walks coming after the fact or you get Invitations with the wrong Trade info that doesn't relate to your trade. I started complaining and sending emails to contentcase so I can build up a case. I didn't land one Job to make up for the amount I was paying I had to find a way and I did once I blocked the charges at that point they wanted to help me make it better I said its to late your people try to assist but the platform is just weak.

  This is a terrible platform to use for construction workers. You cant get a hold of anyone to help navigate the platform. Also, after they take your money you are treated as you do not exist. I attempted to speak with ***** ******* and ***** to have these issues resolved and they just are non respondent and argumentive with an aunal agreement that you do NOT receive services for. Shame on this company and the people working for it.

  I am very disappointed with product that this company offers, I'm paying $5500 in four payments that started in January of 2025. They are supposed to send me leads for jobs to bid on in my area. My business is HVAC, I receive leads from them for grass mowing, cleaning and others that are not related to my business. Some of the leads that are related to my field is dated back as far as 2022. Many times, the software freezes up and never downloads. I have emailed them about my issues and the person who is assigned to my account does not reply. I told them that I would like to cancel, I don't want to renew my subscription.

  Were very sorry to hear about the challenges youve had finding relevant projects on ConstructConnect. When you first sign up, the platform shows you everything - all projects in your selected geography - so unless the proper search parameters are applied, it makes sense that you could see grass mowing and cleaning projects. One way to rectify this is to add "HVAC" into the keyword search bar on the search page. More details on this below.Additionally, ConstructConnect does maintain a policy that we need a written cancellation request (email will suffice) 30 days in advance to your renewal date. This allows us the time to move your cancellation request through necessary approvals. So if you choose to cancel your subscription, a message does need to be sent by that date. If you email ******************************************** I could assist in connecting you with your account manager who could document your request to cancel in addition to connecting you with an expert trainer to make the most of your subscription for the remainder of your contract.We want to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.   Our subscription price for ********* increased without any prior notice. When we reached out for clarification, our assigned customer support representative did not answer their phone and has been completely unresponsive. Weve also been unable to cancel our subscription because no one returns our calls.Its frustrating that their sales team is always available calling and emailing frequently to push new services yet when it comes to canceling or even discussing billing issues, theres no one to be found. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and reflects very poorly on their customer service.
