      We had a great experience with Joyce. A bathtub to walk in shower conversion. Very pleased with the product and the installation. Matt and Allison did an exceptionally great job. In addition to a fine installation and very good clean up, they were open to our particular requirements to make the conversion just right. Thank You.

      We had a tub to shower conversion done by Joyce and are very pleased with the entire process, from setting the appointment at the NCBIA show, to meeting Jonathan the design consultant, to the installation by Dan ********. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The install took two days and Dan worked diligently. One of the best parts, aside from our amazing shower, was we didn't have to clean anything up afterwards! Dan and his assistant were very conscientious about cleaning up absolutely everything. When we are ready to do our second shower, we will definitely go with Joyce and look forward to working with Jonathan and Dan again.

      We love our new shower . Joyce did a great job, all our materials arrived before the projected date. Matt & Allison did a great job installing, and cleaning up. I will definitely use them on my next project.

      Had a new shower,basin and shower door installed.
      in the process my vanity top was damaged.i sent in picture of damage vanity and after many follow up phone calls I have not received a reply.
      Will go to small claims court to resolve this issue.

      Kinda came out and was very pleasant offered a 10% off for signing the paperwork and paying half up front. When they came to place the new bathroom we were left with damage to the walls the new shower that they placed they scratched it putting the shower rod in. We paid what the receipt said but did not get the receipt and now they are stating we owe an additional 500 they will not gi e us a copy of the receipt and the 10% that was told we don't have to pay they are asking for it. Sorry I would never have this company do any work for us again

      Mark and Adam from Joyce Windows did an excellent job. They were very professional and personable. This the second time they installed at my residence; the first was a sliding door and now a door to my walkout basement. I plan on Joyce Window to install windows in the near future and hope Mark and Adam will be the installers.
