5 stars****, *********** did a great job remodeling our 40 year old shower. All the workers were very friendly and took time to discuss what they were doing throughout the project.

5 starsWe got a new shower installed. This experience was top notch! The salesman **** was very informative and always had answers for our questions. The install crew, *****, was hard working, efficient, precise and pleasant to be around. 5 starsJoyce added a 3 Seasons room to our **** deck. It was a very enjoyable experience working with true professionals. They took the time to go over all of options and provided nice recommendations for the project. Once we had our plans Joyce took over the whole experience from permits to the delivery of materials. The installers were extremely professional and answered all my questions during the build. Before the installers left they made sure they did a thorough sweep for any waste and debris. The room is a great addition to our home and has made my fiance a very happy woman. It has also been a nice hangout room for our grandchildren when they visit. 5 starsWe recently had Joyce Factory Direct replace all four of our exterior doors and couldnt be happier with the entire experience!The new doors are beautiful, high-quality, and have already eliminated the drafts we used to feel with our old ones. The installation was completed over two days, and the crewMark and ******** outstanding. They arrived right on time both mornings, were extremely friendly and personable, patiently answered every question we had, and did an absolutely superb job with the installation. Everything was done neatly and professionally, and they even cleaned up thoroughly and hauled away all the old doors and debris at the end of each day.The difference in our home is night and dayquieter, warmer, and it just looks fantastic. 5 starsWhat a phenomenal company! We looked at and priced front doors from a couple companies, but Joyce had far better pricing, better selections and quicker install times. We learned they are a family owned company that has been in business for many many years. Their sales staff as well as their installation Staff personnel were all phenomenal to work with and very respectful. 1 starI want to share my experience with Joyce Factory Direct so others can make an informed decision. I requested basic documentation about the plumber they used for my 2020 bathroom renovationspecifically the contractors name, proof of licensing, and permit information. As a landlord in ****************, this isnt optional; plumbing work in rental units must be done by a registered Master Plumber, and homeowners can be fined if a contractor doesnt pull the required permit. The *** argued that master plumbers were not necessary for the work.Joyce Factory couldnt provide a permit number or any proof that a permit was ever pulled. They told me they dont keep the documentation and placed all responsibility on the subcontractor. When I asked for the subcontractors name, I was told they only knew him by a nickname (Chick), the manager who knew his real name no longer works there, and their CRM migration lost the details. They couldnt provide any documentation that he was a Master Plumber. For a company performing regulated plumbing work, this felt extremely unprofessional and concerning.Worse was the tone and behavior of the Vice President of Operations. When I mentioned I would leave a negative BBB review about the improperly installed drain, which was out of warranty, he responded aggressively, saying he would welcome a BBB complaint. Later, when I said my updated BBB claim would "hold more weight", in light of not providing proper documentation, he accused me of "bullying". I also think potential customers should know that ********************************************* offers discounts in exchange for 5-star reviews. While promotions are allowed, they create a misleading picture of true customer satisfaction.Overall, I was left uneasy about the legality and oversight of the work done and frustrated by the lack of professionalism. I urge others to proceed with caution and ask specific questions about permits, licensure, and who is actually performing the work in your home.
