      We had Joyce upgrade our shower - complete with the replacement of everything in it. It took two solid days and when completed it was beautiful. The work was performed by one man who was knowledgeable, experienced and precise. In addition, he was friendly and maintained a neat workspace.
      Joyce is not inexpensive but worthwhile.

      Jared ******** was very efficient. Good personality, he also brought treats for the dog. We were able to reach him after hours with a question and he was very knowledgeable. Would absolutely hire him for work!

      Joyce Factory Direct was responsive concerning all aspects for our walk-in shower project. Installer Jared Johnson worked tirelessly to accommodate needs of my 89 year old mother. Very respectful and caring that the details were customized for her specific situation. Project cost was budget friendly!!

      Initially contacted for a bathroom remodel, told I could have someone give me an estimate on an entire bathroom and it would take an hour (took 2 hrs). Representative came to my house and gave me a sales pitch about a shower/tub remodel only, Sales pitch stated it would take one day to remodel the shower/tub with a 2nd day for any overflow work if they ran into problems and they provide "only people specifically trained by them as they had their own contractors." None of this was true: took weeks to complete, was promised money off for the issues that occurred which I never received, contractor was subcontracted, and it took 4+ weeks to have a finished product that looks terrible considering the project cost was approximately $13,000. Set up remodel, contractor arrived at 11:30am with none of the tools/things he needed to complete the job in one day and was gone by 3pm. Next day, same thing. One of the two contractors smoked outside my house and left cigarette butts in my driveway, didn't remove shoes and twice they had to scrub mud they dragged up my steps and into the hallway on my carpet. Didn't provide a shower curtain bar (he forgot it) and when I complained he left and got a white one from Walmart and brought that on day 4. Caulking was terrible, sloppy, incomplete (not caulked in many areas. Multiple unanswered/returned calls, finally sent another contractor to "look at it" and he "agreed it wasn't done well." I called back multiple times with no response then finally my curtain rod showed up and I was told "they don't match, would you like to switch to chrome." I agreed to the chrome so they would all match even though it wasn't what I was sold. Another contractor, one of "their best guys" was sent over and he changed out only 1/2 of the items to chrome now leaving my shower with both brushed nickel and chrome (handle/drain/overflow valve all brushed nickel and rod/showerhead/curtain rod all chrome). Asked to return all to brushed nickel.

      Thank you Matt and Alison from Joyce Windows, Sunrooms, and Baths for the outstanding installation of our new walk-in shower! The installation was done in two days, and when they left, everything was back in place and our new shower was ready to go. I would highly recommend Joyce Windows, sunrooms, and bath. Matt and Allison were just super to work with !

      Excellent work completed including a new sliding door and new windows by Joyce this past week. This is my 2nd project with the crew of Mark and Adam who do terrific job - very thorough- done right - just top quality all the way!

      Very satisfied with Joyce Factory Direct. Our Installer Garrett was very professional, courteous and did an excellent job. Very neat while working and cleaned up everything at end of the day. Quality products, converted bath tub to walk in shower and a new walk in shower in master bathroom.
      Will highly recommend them to family and friends.
