5 starsWhen my Mom broke her hip, I knew I’d have to replace our tub with a walk in shower. Joyce came out, we got everything ordered and because my Mom couldn’t come home until it was done, they expedited the order. When Tim G**** came out to install it, he made sure the seat & grab bars were in the correct spot and the shower shelves were placed within reach & were far enough apart to hold our tallest bottles. Tim also left our house cleaner than when he arrived! I’ve gotten replacement windows and a bathroom make over from them in the past and they have always gone above and beyond to give us exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend Joyce.

Our installer Jarred was very professional, polite and did an amazing job. We are super excited with the end result of our shower/tub and overall look of our bathroom. He went the extra mile and everything turned out amazing!

5 starsDealing with Joyce Factory Direct is always a pleasure! Our second project went smoothly from beginning to end. Kaitlyn did an outstanding design job, Ed got all the details squared away, Taylor (and Jonathan the lifter) did an amazing installation. Kamal and Anthony were polite and very professional during the entire process.

4 starsThe road with Joyce was a little rocky at the beginning. My first quote was done by someone who is no longer with the company and we had to renegotiate the deal. 5 starsWe recently had new doors and attic windows windows installed by Joyce. We’ve previously had them install a sliding glass door and was happy with everything. Most recently, Rick came to the house and was very helpful in working with us to pick out the best options for us. Mark & Adam were the install team for the doors and windows. It was a 2 day project. They were very professional, did wonderful work and were very nice throughout the process. 5 starsDan BFC crew did great job. Stayed on schedule. Very professional. Excellent job. Kept us informed. Cleaned up afterwards. Allowed us to review job periodically. Communication was great before and during. Very happy. We had Joyce do our windows previously and still happy with that project as well.
Would recommend for another project.
