      We had our shower stall redone and it turned out great!! Everyone we dealt with at Joyce was friendly, considerate, and professional. Tim worked hard to get the job done in the 2 days. We will definitely be having our other bathroom done by Joyce and would highly recommend them.

      We had our tub converted into a shower and couldn’t be more pleased with the results!! Nick was very polite, professional and extremely thorough. The job was completed on time and they even did clean up of the area. We definitely recommend this company.

      Joyce installed a bathtub and shower surround, they did a fantastic job. Installers were very efficient and cleaned everything when the job was finished. I highly recommend Joyce. I want to thank Zac and his crew they were great.

      We are so pleased with our windows. We noticed the difference in the house being warmer and quieter the first night they were installed. No drafts.
      We couldn't express our thanks to Corey and Matt for doing a wonderful job with the installation. They were very efficient and pleasant while working in our home Aces to them!

      Nick ***** and crew did a marvelous job with our walk-in shower and we are pleased with the appearance and quality of the finished project through Joyce.

      All I can say is “wow!” I had a shower replaced by Joyce/Bath Planet and I was so impressed. The quote was 20% less than the two other companies with similar materials gave me, it was installed 4 weeks from the day they took measurements (estimate was originally 6-8 weeks), the installers were here earlier than expected and worked a 12 hour day until the work was completed, and in the end, I have a beautiful new shower!
      Ziggy and Sam did the installation and they were top notch. Ziggy was training Sam throughout the install, and I was so impressed with how he was conducting the training. I’m sure that once Sam is out there doing his own installs, he will be super prepared to do great work too!
      I wouldn't hesitate to hire Joyce again for future projects at my house and would recommend them to anyone who needs a new shower.

      We love our new walk-in shower. We had Nick 1 and Nick 2 do the work for Joyce Factory Direct and we can not say enough about their work. Now these two were very professional and the workmanship is impactable. They are very dedicated to their work, and the cleanup was just as good as the work they did. Try this company out and ask for Nick 1 and Nick 2, you will not be disappointed. Don't forget to ask for Dave (salesman) for your remodeling needs

      Price was a little excessive for what we got, that is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Dan ********, the contractor was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! He started late and worked his butt off to get the job done.

      Joyce’s Matt ****** did a wonderful job installing my new tub and surround. Matt is very professional and a really great person. He did an awesome job and cleaned up.
