Today September 21st 2023 The well water treatment at Carvel Manor has once again been shut off due to some "maintenance issue" leaving residents in the park without water for more than 24 hrs and counting. There are children and elderly residents that relly on running water for personal hygiene and daily duties and consumption. Water is a vital necessity for the human body. There has been minimal communication between management and residents about updates on this matter. This is "not the first time" this has happened as this occurs quite often during the winter months causing the pipes to freeze and pumps to fail. The park owners have not been efficient to remedy the situation instead the residents are overcharged with "lot rent pay increase" to pay for "water treatment and maintenance costs". The water provided is "Well water" and many residents have complained about the clarity of the water and it's purity as it appears that the water is unusable. Residents need to be compensated as the park keeps increasing the lot rent as many as twice a year without contract signature or warning. We can gather resident signatures as needed. Thank you
