    "Please buy somewhere else, they are fast with selling but have no customer service.I received a dead battery, I ordered an extra one for 250 dollars with my chair, when I wanted to charge it when I went for a longer trip I noticed damages on the battery I tried to charge it but it does not, I reached out they asked for pictures and I never got an answer back, several emails sent no answer." ...
