    Debt Recovery Solutions has reported a collection to my credit. This account for $165 is unknown to me and should be deleted once and for all.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

     I do not accept this response. This account was previously deleted after verifying there were no services rendered at the time or place that is claimed  I did not live in the state to be visiting the hospital or medical provider that this collection is claiming. I am requesting it be deleted once and for all.

    08/2022 I realized a collection account from Debt recovery when I checked my credit report. I never received any documentation from them and the Company they say I owe has no knowledge of this when I called. I would appreciate this removed from my credit report.

    The basis for my dispute Debt Recovery Solutions, LLC,*****************************,DRS,****************,$482 - was required to notify me prior to 05/08/2022, or no later than ************************************** about reporting derogatory info. to Equifax, Experian, and Transunion In section 603(p) 15 U.S.C. ss 168s-2(a)(7)(A)(I); The notice required under subparagraph (A) shall be provided to the customer prior to, or no later than 30 days after 05/08/2022, furnishing the negative derogatory information to a consumer reporting agency described in section 603 (p), 15 U.S.C. ss 1681s-2(a)(7)(B)(I). Plus broke commercial law under UCC ***** that all notices were timely and properly given by dated certified mail receipt. They were not met. I asked for documentation & received no response. Also, DRS" failed to give me my ************** five days prior to placing this derogatory item on all of my credit reports, per Section *************** 809, which is $1000 per violation and the *********** allows treble damages.Under 809. Validations of date and Mini-******* under Section 807(1)Debt Recovery Solutions, LLC,***************************** failed to send me my initial communication before placing this alleged derogatory status on my credit reports further violating the ***** I understand that according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, failing to provide this notice can result in a penalty up to $2500 and can be enforced by the **** and that my state attorney general can also enforce this with a $1000 penalty as well.I attached a copy of the law and the actual document from the federal reserve DRSis held liable as well for defamation and in the *********** a creditor is who collects their on debt is considered a debt collector under FDCPA. ***** v. Heard 980 S.W.2d693(***.App-*********** **** reh.den.) citing ************************** 9** ****** *54(***.App-****** **** writ dism'd w.o.j.) RESOLUTION I will if the account is not taken back and removed from any and all credit bureau rep
