    The basis for my dispute Debt Recovery Solutions, LLC,*****************************,DEBT RECOVERY SOLUTI,DEBT RECOVERY SOLUTI,$1,382.00 - was required to notify me prior to 02/21/2024,or no later than 30 days after.DEBT RECOVERY SOLUTIfailed to notify me about reporting derogatory info. to Equifax,Experian, and Transunion In section 603(p) 15 U.S.C. ss 168s-2(a)(7)(A)(I); The notice required under subparagraph (A) shall be provided to the customer prior to, or no later than 30 days after 02/21/2024, furnishing the negative derogatory information to a consumer reporting agency described in section 603 (p), 15 U.S.C. ss 1681s-2(a)(7)(B)(I). Plus broke commercial law under UCC ***** that all notices were timely and properly given by dated certified mail receipt.They were not met. I asked for documentation & received no response.Also, DEBT RECOVERY SOLUTI" failed to give me my ************** five days prior to placing this derogatory item on all of my credit reports, per Section *************** ***,which is $1000 per violation and the state of Texas allows treble damages.Under 809. Validations of date and Mini-******* under Section 807(1)Debt Recovery Solutions, LLC,***************************** failed to send me my initial communication before placing this alleged derogatory status on my credit reports further violating the ***** I understand that according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, failing to provide this notice can result in a penalty up to $2500 and can be enforced by the **** and that my state attorney general can also enforce this with a $1000 penalty as well.I attached a copy of the law and the actual document from the federal reserve.DEBT RECOVERY SOLUTI is held liable as well for defamation and in the state of Texas a creditor is who collects their on debt is considered a debt collector under FDCPA. ***** ******* *** ********************* ******* **** ********* ****** ************************** *** ****** ****************** **** **** ****** *******

    Sent a debt validation letter/ proof and creditor was not able to provide me with all documents requested, I asked for any signed contracts stating thats my debt so now Im demanding it get removed from my credit due to insufficient proof

    On March 18, 2024 Debt Recovery Solutions sent me a collection notice for an account I never opened. The last collection agency sent me a notice and I argued with them that I never opened the said account. The original agency could not send me account info about the original creditor. I have send an email to the current one to ask for the original creditors account info. They have also reported it on my credit report. The said debt was supposedly created back in 2019. I need to have this resolved with this company as soon as possible. I also suspect the is over the statute of limitations either way

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:


    Hi, I am replying to reference ID # ******** 

    As I stated to this and the previous collection company this is not my debt. They claim it is because someone used my info and stole my identity to open the account that’s in their office.

    When I asked them for verification and proof the agency sent me a copy of the truth in lending contract. This proves nothing. I asked them for info on where the money was sent or if any payments were made on the account and he told me the only info he had was what he sent. I am attaching the emails. The bottom is where I asked about the proceeds or any payments made. The top is his response.

    Pursuant to 18 usc 8, All debt are prepaid. Also 15 usc 1681 Under Permissable Purpose: If written consent was not given to a company, than they are in violation of my consumer rights. Therefore, I wish to have this negative report removed from my consumer reports. It is Negatively affecting me and my well being. There are a number of codes and violations Debt Recovery Solutions are in violation of. As of now, I wish for them to be removed from my consumer reports and No longer Wish to be contacted by them under No Circumstances.

They keep saying the account has been verified and it has not been verified.     Debt Recovery Solutions throughout the years has contacted family and renters regarding a debt I dont owe. They fish for addresses that I may be associated with and start communication. Debt Recovery Solutions has never been provided an address for me. Debt Recovery Solutions has sent me letters throughout the years that they will end communication regarding this matter. They have not honored that and the harassment continues.Today, I spoke to ******************** (Debt Recovery Solutions) and he stated that he will close and end communication regarding this matter.My desired resolution is a letter stating exactly what ******************** mentioned on the phone this morning- that this case will be closed and all communication will end.

    Debt Recovery Solutions is attempting to collect a debt from 2018 which is pass the statute of limitations for the **************. I requested that the agency send me documents to validate that the debt is mine and to prove that they have the license to collect debt in the ************** as the companyy is listed in NY and they failed to send all supporting documents. I received from them a copy of an agreement alligatley between me and the orignial creditor and the agreement amount more then half less then what Debt Recovery Solutions is requesting me to pay.
