  A big thanks to *********************** for helping me through the entire process of setting up payroll for my new non- profit! To say that technology is not my strength would be the greatest understatement of all time! He was incredibly patient with me and returned all of my phone calls in a very prompt and timely manner. I highly recommend ***** and I feel like I can contact him if ever necessary.

  ****** was very helpful in getting me through the enrollment process. He was also helpful with getting me through all aspects of payroll. I was very satisfied with the way he handled everything. He always returned my calls with in a few minutes of sending an email. Thank you ****** it was a pleasure working for you.

  5 stars for ***************** After 3 calls and 6 hours later, I got ****** H and he solved our issue about logging in to make payroll cut off. He was brilliant and amazing. I was going to switch payroll ** as it should not take ************************************* to get the verification. And the ********** end after a certain time and transfer hang **** I started at **** am and **mpleted after hours and hours on the phone at **** PM. ************** single handed saved my ac**unt as he stayed on the phone for over an hour and did not give up until we got into our ac**unt. Thank you ******. SurePayroll? Time to revise customer care calls and retrain. ****** knew that we were logging in as Admin and not approver that had different log in. Only ****** knew this. None of the other 3 reps knew. 6.5 hours to approve payroll. One of the earlier reps asked for permission from her boss to transfer the call yet stay on the line since they kept dis**nnecting and her boss said no. Wow SurePay do better. Without ****** you would have a 1 star. With ****** you have a 5 star review. ****** thank you!

  Thank you! ***************** for making the set up easy and reassuring, and gladly appreciate all the help and the times that the emails were answered at a very timely manner. Surepayroll has made it easy with payroll and given the knowledge with extra help on the tabs makes it magnificent.

  *********************** was excellent helping me get set up. Ive never done any payroll system, so I was nervous I was going to mess something up, but he was always available for calls and he was helpful every step of the way!

  ******* did a fantastic job walking and talking me through all the steps. He would check in to see if I had any questions and that made a smooth transition to Sure Payroll. My first payroll literally took me 5 minutes! Great customer service!
